On Monday, July 21st, I traveled over 1/2 hour and paid-in-full with Margaret to have my engagement ring made larger from 5 1/4 to 6 1/4. She confirmed that it would be ready in 3 Hrs. In less than an hour, Margaret called and stated they did not have the gold in stock to complete. I would need to wait for the shipment from Knoxville store. I was disappointed, but wanted to wear my engagement ring as soon as possible. I was advised it would be ready the next day. I called after 1pm on Tuesday, July 22nd to be reasonable and was advised the shipment had not come in and it would not be ready until Wednesday, July 23rd. I called after noon and was advised my ring would be ready shortly. Finally, after several hours, I received a text confirming my ring was ready. To be clear, that is three days, NOT 3 Hours, but it was ready, so I was excited. I arrived and gave my receipt. I tried on my ring and it was now too big. I asked the ring to be checked for size and it was 6 1/2. I carefully examined my ring and noticed a literal chunk of gold missing from where the shank has been stretched. I requested my ring to be fixed properly and sized correctly. I called on Thursday, July 24th at store opening and was told the owner/ jeweler was not there yet. Over an hour later Greg called me back and was incredibly rude. When I asked when my ring would be ready, he stated "I will fix it in my time, not yours". I made sure Greg was aware of the chunk of gold missing and he absolutely denied there was anything wrong with the ring. I asked politely that my ring be fixed, resized to the size I paid and ready to be picked before noon, as I was flying home that afternoon. I received a text at 1220pm stating my ring was ready. I arrived, had ring checked for correct size and noticed the shank was thinner than it was originally. I honestly could not in good conscience leave my ring again. I had to take ring to another jeweler to have the shank completely fixed and resized. Very disappointed with the service at Professional Jewelers and the attitude of owner Greg. I hope this can be a warning to others. Do not waste your time or money at this establishment.

I've had to go to another jeweler to have the repair and the rhodium done correctly. Money and time wasted. Ugh...
