Ive heard good things about their food so I downloaded the app to try out a free chicken sandwich and an order of fries. The food was fresh and ready instantly. Unfortunately they didn't honor my request to have no cayenne ranch sauce on it nor was the presentation of the chicken sandwich very neat. The sandwich was still good (not amazing) but the fries were great- crispy with a soft inside. I feel like I can't complain too much since the sandwich was free, especially when you just have teens running the drive thru. read more

The food is SUPER good, the environment is fun, and they are fast. BUT THEY ARE SO STINGY ABOUT DIPPING SAUCE. We ordered 20 tenders and they gave us ONE free sauce and justified it by saying it was a "bigger" sauce. Then they charged us for more sauce. One sauce for 20 tenders, feeding 4 people? I have been to the American Fork location about 6 times. Always excellent snd their service is quick.

This Slim Chickens was just opened & me and my siblings decided to check it out. We got kids meals Incase we didn't like what we got since it was our first time trying it out. Off the bat the fries were confusing, since some felt / tasted like they were old stale batches from the day before, but some were warm and toasty. But they were good none the less. The tenders themselves were amazing, but the skin that was fried around it was so soggy. I took one bite and it completely fell off of the chicken. The toast was amazing, really food but needed to be a little more seasoned / not so toasted to replicate actual Texas toast. I got ranch for the dressing, and as a ranch fanatic this rack was a little bit on the saltier side. The food was good out of all, but had some defects which is why I fixed it a 3/5. I really like the chicken here and my husband loves the chicken and waffles. However, the last two times we've come my fries are completely undercooked and unable to eat. It's frustrating because it always leaves me hungry. Fries are supposed to be nice and crispy perfectly seasoned. This is not the place if you want good fries. Service is always on or off, chicken and sauce is good but chicken alone needs more flavor on the breading in my opinion. I've tried every sauce now and can say that cayenne ranch and Spicy bbq are the best. But by the less their tenders are sorta flavorless. If you are going when it's not busy it's faster to not hit the drive through and if you go when it's busy it is still faster half the time to go into the lobby. I was in the drive thru on February 3rd 2021 at about 6:30 pm... anyway we were waiting for sooo long they were taking forever... then I ordered the food when we finally got to the window our food was cold also there was a ton of salt on the fries I couldn't eat them and the chicken sandwich was way overspiced and the kid that gave us the food was rude also every time I ask for fry sauce they tell me it's in the bag if you ordered it its in there they say and guess what it's never in the bag... This place has been open 1 week, and I'm not going to say how many times I've been there this week because it's a little embarrassing. If you've ever had Raising Canes, the chicken tenders here are very similar, but with much more variety on the menu and many more sauces. The tenders are amazing, the buffalo chicken wrap is great and probably my favorite thing I've tried. I also have really liked the sandwich, the smoky cheddar wrap, and the fries. As far as desserts, the dessert in a jar is a great idea but wasn't quite as good as it sounded. That said, we waited about 15-20 minutes to eat it when we got home, which may have been a mistake, because it might have been a lot better fresh. The white chocolate macadamia cookies were the best cookies of that type that I've ever had. Still need to try the wings, the shakes, and more of the sauces, as I've only had two (slims sauce and honey mustard, both were good). The customer service has also been phenomenal, and I'm amazed how smoothly they have everything running in their very first week. We will definitely be coming back very frequently! read more

Food was average at best. I learned my to stick with chick-fil-a. I would compare their chicken tenders to smith's. Also never order from here if you use Door Dash or Uber eats. The food was late and you know how chicken tenders taste if they aren't fairly fresh.... yup, not good. My son got the chicken and waffles and his waffle was not good at all. He could even finish it and he usually eats everything and a lot of everything. This place is a one and done for us. The food was good. I'll go back. My waffle though was undercooked, not crispy. There was also very little syrup on the waffle (they provided more at my request though. The chicken was good. I repeated it all and asked for an extra sauce, which is 29 cents apparently. I was ok with that. Then I asked for pickles and she asked what sauce I wanted and I told her to just use the extra sauce I ordered as the one for my pickles. She seemed to have a hard time understanding my request. When she got my cup, she stuck her fingers in it (a common occurrence at restaurants that I always watch out for). I kindly asked for a clean cup and mentioned her finger being in my cup. She seemed confused as to why that was a problem. She got me a new one but put the dirty one back in the stack. My partner was ordering next in line so I told her that he would not accept the dirty cup either so instead of throwing it away, she got him a new cup and then put the dirty one back in the stack. Honestly, I'm going to start calling before going here and seeing if Lateefah is the cashier that day because the possibility of ordering from this other cashier bothers me to no end. We went the day after opening. The chicken is very well seasoned, which is both good and bad because it is really tasty in its own, but didn't go with the sweeter sauce I ordered (Korean bbq sauce). My friends and I went in today to try this new place. The logo was absolutely fabulous but the food was mediocre at best. I would've enjoyed my time a little better except every 5 minutes a different not so slim chicken(pun intended) walked up to ask how our food was. There wasn't many people in the restaurant so I understand staying busy but in the 30 minutes we were there 5 different people came up to us. They did get our food out very fast but the girl at the front counter was starring us down like a hawk. It's hard to eat my chicken while being watched.
