    Feta burger and onion rings.
    CHRIS V.

Someone at Corporate needs to investigate this place. I showed up at 10 and the doors were locked, all the tables had chairs on them and you couldnt see any employees. There was a guy and girl outside on tables. I almost drove off but I decided to check the door. Yup it was locked and as I stood there some employee poked their head out and came to unlock the door. Said they were open and I went in and ordered. They had to open up all the kitchen stuff because they'd prepped to close early. Then the couple that had been outside came in and it appeared from the discussion with the guy and girl the gal was a manager or trainer and this was her boyfriend. So some poor owner is getting ripped off as all these employees are locking up and cutting out early. Suddenly there was a whole bunch of employees I hadnt seen come out of no where and start working. The food is trash. Burger was lame and onion rings average. Cost is incredibly underwhelming to quote another review. With what I saw I'd be worried about food prep and sanitation here. I wont be coming back.

Incredibly underwhelming, and I'm very sad about it. I've wanted to come here for a long time now, and had high expectations with it being under the name of Bobby Flay. The Crunchburger was just not worth it though. It needed some variety and other flavors. I definitely don't need to order it again, and it didn't convince me to come back. Maybe the other burgers are better, but they cost $13. At least my Crunchburger was free, thanks to signing up for the app.

I ordered the Bacon Crunchburger, a side of fries, and a fountain drink. The burger was cooked perfectly medium and everything was fresh, but the flavor was pretty mid and the portion size just didn't match the price. Service was good. My food came out in about 9 minutes and the staff was friendly, though I didn't have much interaction. The restaurant was clean, booths were comfy, but the mall setting made the vibe feel a little awkward. Unfortunately, I won't be back. $23 for a burger, fries, and a drink is way too steep, especially when I know I could get better quality for half the price somewhere else.

This was pretty tasty! Stopped for a dinner after a work event and the burger and fries were tasty. I really like that you can crunchify it or whatevs and add chips. The service was great. It was a little chilly at the tables near the door but it was comfortable otherwise. The menu didn't seem to indicate that the veggie burger was in fact vegetarian though so I had to confirm with the worker.

We tried the burger with potato chips on it and also the chicken sandwich. Both were really flavorful. The burger was juicy and cooked perfectly. The fried and onion rings were tasty. We tried a pistachio shake. It was very good and creamy.

This review is purely for the shakes!! Honestly the pistachio shake was really good! It had a nice, real-tasting pistachio flavor to it (and not the fake pistachio flavoring some sweets use). We asked if they could do a mixed flavored shake with dark chocolate too, and they added some chocolate drizzle which actually paired nicely. (The workers were nice to accommodate my request!) In the end, the price for the shake was $8+ which is WAY too much for any shake of that size. (The cup looks big, but it's narrow and the shake was thinner than I expected.) Hence, the 4 stars I'm giving. So overall, The pistachio shake we had was delicious but not worth anything more than $6 in my opinion. Not sure if we'll be back to try the burgers since this place is overpriced...

Tried Bob's Burgers and went with the blue cheeseburger--absolutely fantastic. Juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. But honestly? The real star of the show was the onion rings. To die for. Perfectly cooked with an insane amount of crisp in every bite. Crunchy, golden, and addictive. I'd come back just for those alone. Highly recommend.

Order the fried chicken sandwich!! This place served up one of the best fried chicken sandwiches I've had in a while. The chicken was perfectly crispy, fresh, and full of flavor, and my order was ready in just a couple of minutes. If you love a good fried chicken sandwich, this one is definitely worth trying. I also gave the bacon crunch burger a shot, but it didn't stand out. It was just okay and not worth it compared to the chicken sandwich. The cookies and cream milkshake was pretty good too: thick, creamy, and easy to sip, with an extra milky taste. Since it's part of the mall, the setup is a little open, which might not be for everyone. It was also pretty crowded when I went. On the plus side, the bathroom was very clean, with automated taps and soap dispensers, plus a handy diaper-changing station

The food was just meh. The burger came with chips on it but by the time I got the burger it was mushy and soggy not in the right ways. I felt like it was a very basic burger. The staff was nice and the place is clean but the food is just not worth it.

I love burgers and chicken sandwiches and these are really upscale sandwiches. Bobbys burgers by Bobby Flay in Orem is fantastic. I got the chicken sandwich and it's probably the best one I've had. The breading on the chicken and spices are unbelievable. I highly recommend bobbys burgers!

This was just okay. I did enjoy the burger but we found 2 different hairs in our food. One was fried into the French fries. And the other was in the sauce cup! Huge bummer. Immediately killed the appetite of the table. Won't be returning here, not worth the hype and waiting for a table.

Locked doors and dining room closed

Food was good, but I arrived a full hour before closing. The doors were locked. They let me in, I ordered a sandwich and the cashier had to check if they could still make me something. Strange. Then She asked if it was for here or to go. All the chairs were up on top of the tables and they were mopping. It's like where would I even sit? Clearly they didn't want anyone there. I've noticed this phenomenon in a lot of business lately. They close down an hour or two before they actually close. I guess to save on payroll? Restaurants use to do the cleaning after they closed. Sign of the times I guess.

I love Bobby Flay! These were high quality burgers that didn't have much that makes them stand out from other burger places. I'll start with the good. The fried chicken sandwich was fantastic! Great flavor, incredible texture, and the aji amarillo sauce was spectacular. The burgers were good quality, but really peppery. There was so much black pepper that it was a little distracting. The brioche buns were delicious, but don't hold together very well. The flavors were good and Bobby's sauce is tasty. The other sauces are delicious too. The actual burgers were thick, but didn't seem to be enough of a standout that would make me choose this over some other place.

The French toast was perfectly fluffy, and I really appreciated that they didn't drench it in the sauce. The flavor was balanced and delicious on its own--I didn't even need maple syrup. We came on a weekday morning, no waiting list needed, and were seated immediately. Promising start. Then we waited ten minutes for anyone to acknowledge us, in a restaurant that was not crowded and appeared to be well staffed. This is not a one time observation. The gap between being seated and actually being served has been a recurring theme across multiple visits, and at some point a pattern stops being a coincidence and starts being a logistics problem that needs fixing. When the food finally arrived it reminded me exactly why I keep giving this place another chance. The crepes with berries and mascarpone were delicate and well executed, though the kitchen could afford to be more generous with both the berry sauce and the mascarpone. The portion is on the modest side, which worked fine for me personally but may leave hungrier diners wanting more. The traditional omelet was the star of the visit, specifically the jalapeño wrapped in bacon that comes with it. It was exceptional and the kind of detail that shows real kitchen creativity. My only complaint is that there is only one. There should be at least two. The cinnamon roll is enormous, which is its own form of commitment, but the dough ran a little dry this visit compared to previous experiences. An off day perhaps, but worth noting. Three stars, and every one of them belongs to the kitchen. Sort out the service flow and this place jumps immediately.

But then came the steak, which was flat-out the best I've had in years. No notes. Here's the thing though, I'm not a gnocchi person. Never have been. Our server talked me into it anyway, and I'm genuinely grateful. It's a short rib and stew situation with gnocchi that somehow hits every note perfectly. Total convert now. And the s'mores pie to close out the night? Simply perfect. Don't skip it. The service was great too, our server clearly knew the menu inside and out and steered us exactly right.

However, we did have one drink server where we had some issues with, but our main waitress was lovely. For starters, our table shared the baked ricotta, balsamic glazed brussel sprouts, and bread rolls with honey and butter. The brussel sprouts were good, but the bread rolls were my favorite! They were so incredibly soft and pillowy. They honestly didn't even need the bread and butter! I was most excited for the baked ricotta, but unfortunately it was a disappointment for me. Ricotta is a very mild cheese to begin with, but I tasted absolutely zero flavor from it and it was mostly just adding a textural element to the bread. The fig walnut guanciale jam was overpoweringly sweet and the guanciale was also nonexistent. Overall, what I expected to be a flavorful combination, fell pretty flat and bland for me. Onto the main, I got to try the Block burger and the house made gnocchi. The burger was a standard burger, nothing too crazy. I was surprised the patty was actually moist because it was cooked well done. The same jam from the baked ricotta was used, so wasn't a big fan of it because again the overwhelmingly sweet didn't do much to elevate the burger. I also missed any flavor from the truffle cheese sauce. So it was a pretty average burger. My gnocchi definitely tasted better than it looked. Another friend also got the same dish and it looked like they just split our portions in half and served it on two separate plates. In general, I wasn't a big fan of this dish. The braised short rib was very tender, but the whole plate sat in a pool of salty sauce. I couldn't really make out any other flavors. The scoop of crème fraiche tasted exactly like sour cream and was not the consistency that I expected. The gnocchi's were made well, but I prefer mine a little firmer. However, this is complete personal preference. Overall, service was good, but food fell severely short of what I expected. I was so excited for all of these elevated flavors and ingredients, but, sadly, none of them came through.
