Bobby's Burgers has always been so good and our go to burger place around town. There is a worker who is super stingy with the Bobby's sauce. We had a large order for our family with fry's and onion rings. We requested 6 Bobby's Sauces because you get 3 sauces per side. She held our bag then proceeded to tell us we would only get 4 sauces. She then turned and ignored me before i could respond and helped another customer before they stopped her and pointed to help me first. I showed her the app where we are supposed to get 6. Still wouldn't budge. I asked if i could then buy 2 more sauces and she said they didn't offer that. I asked to speak to her manager. She left to go get them and i turned to the people in line at this point and apologized and they all said "no you need to get your sauce!! The lady came back without her manager and said "we will give you 2 extra sauces this one time". Us customers kind of just laughed and went on about our day. & if you add a double patty make sure you get the double patty. They forget sometimes. Would be five stars otherwise and none of that has stopped us from coming back. It's good. read more

Someone at Corporate needs to investigate this place. I showed up at 10 and the doors were locked, all the tables had chairs on them and you couldnt see any employees. There was a guy and girl outside on tables. I almost drove off but I decided to check the door. Yup it was locked and as I stood there some employee poked their head out and came to unlock the door. Said they were open and I went in and ordered. They had to open up all the kitchen stuff because they'd prepped to close early. Then the couple that had been outside came in and it appeared from the discussion with the guy and girl the gal was a manager or trainer and this was her boyfriend. So some poor owner is getting ripped off as all these employees are locking up and cutting out early. Suddenly there was a whole bunch of employees I hadnt seen come out of no where and start working. The food is trash. Burger was lame and onion rings average. The burger was cooked perfectly medium and everything was fresh, but the flavor was pretty mid and the portion size just didn't match the price. Service was good. My food came out in about 9 minutes and the staff was friendly, though I didn't have much interaction. The restaurant was clean, booths were comfy, but the mall setting made the vibe feel a little awkward. This review is purely for the shakes!! Honestly the pistachio shake was really good! It had a nice, real-tasting pistachio flavor to it (and not the fake pistachio flavoring some sweets use). We asked if they could do a mixed flavored shake with dark chocolate too, and they added some chocolate drizzle which actually paired nicely. (The workers were nice to accommodate my request!) In the end, the price for the shake was $8+ which is WAY too much for any shake of that size. (The cup looks big, but it's narrow and the shake was thinner than I expected.) Hence, the 4 stars I'm giving. So overall, The pistachio shake we had was delicious but not worth anything more than $6 in my opinion. Oh Mr. Flay...how I've loved watching you over the years...dancing on the sacred Iron Chef cutting board after defeating Morimoto, Battke of the Food Network Stars, Beat Bobby Flay and sooo many more. So when I saw the Provo locale on a recent visit ...of course I HAD to stop. I downloaded the app and ordered ...the location was very sterile...I guess I was expecting something a little more personable like the man himself...but ok...what really matters is the burgers right? I don't mind paying $13+ for a burger but it better be tasty and worth the price. I got the Crunch Burger and Cheese Fries. The ingredients were definitely quality and I'm loving the buns they used. There were a bunch of signature sauces (that I had to sample...I mean BF loves his sauces and I wanted to see what he's working with) that were alright...just fancy Fry Sauce really. The burger was substantial for sure!! Love that it wasn't OVER seasoned like too many places do, to cover up inferior meat like a metaphorical dead body. It was almost perfect....the chips were beyond soggy....creating a not so appetizing texture...they were like the freeze dried potato slices you get in a box of Potato AuGratin. The two employees working the front counter--Joseph and Mikey--were amazing. They recommended favorites and explained ingredients in the sauces when I asked. I know Bobby loves spice (too much for me); the honey mustard sauce had a healthy dose of horseradish and the fry sauce had chipotle and Dijon mustard. I would have preferred plain ketchup and mayo. I got a kids meal because their regular burgers are huge. The cheeseburger was juicy and cooked just right. I was with four family members so we shared onion rings, regular fries and sweet potato fries. All were delicious! We also ordered a variety of shakes (mine was pistachio). They added lots of whipped cream and pistachios on top. It was also generously sized. It's nice to be at a place where employees are happy. They brought food to our table and were great servers. The chicken was perfectly crispy, fresh, and full of flavor, and my order was ready in just a couple of minutes. If you love a good fried chicken sandwich, this one is definitely worth trying. I also gave the bacon crunch burger a shot, but it didn't stand out. It was just okay and not worth it compared to the chicken sandwich. Great flavor, incredible texture, and the aji amarillo sauce was spectacular. The burgers were good quality, but really peppery. There was so much black pepper that it was a little distracting. The brioche buns were delicious, but don't hold together very well. The flavors were good and Bobby's sauce is tasty. The other sauces are delicious too. I know this store is new so they're figuring things out, but the chicken sandwich that I ordered here had a Patti that looked and tasted like they scraped it out of the bottom of the fry pan. Same with the onion rings. Burnt and overdone. I leave two stars (may change it) as a heads up to the management team that you have some quality control issues. The buns are so delicious, soft pillowy outside crispy on the inside where the paddy meets. Holyy the bacon crunch burger was so juicy and flavorful with the saltines of the potato chips. The chicken sandwich is just okay. It's mostly crispy breading and spicy sauce but not enough chicken. Veggie burger is unique and tasty with mushrooms, not your typical bean and grain patty but if you are not vegan (or vegetarian) go with the burger and get it fresh. The service was fast. They call your name and you pick up your order. The ambiance is nice. Feels like a classic dinner with posters on the wall and bright colors. I thought the place could be bigger. I have liked Bobby Flay since the year 2002. I have watched him on Food Network and I've always loved the way that he cooks. I've even eaten at a couple of his restaurants in Las Vegas and really loved my experience there. But this was probably the worst burger experience I've ever had. I'm shocked at how little attention was paid to making any of these food items good. Firstly, the meat was dry and unseasoned. There was no crust on the outside to make a good contrast with a soft juicy center. It was all tough, unsalted, and dry. Next, the Bobby sauce is pretty much inedible. It was a little bit bitter, a little bit sour and Even kind of spicy. I have a feeling it has horseradish in it, which is just such a strange thing to put into a burger sauce. The fries were dry. I've seen episodes of the best thing I ever ate where Bobby describes his favorite fries and how they are hand cut, and fried twice. With so much knowledge and how to make truly good fries I wonder why he would cut so many corners in his burger restaurants. These are definitely frozen fries not made from scratch. The onion rings were thick and cold and there was about five of them for seven dollars. And that's the final thing, we paid $75 for two burgers, one fry one onion ring, and three kids meals. It was ridiculously expensive and ridiculously bad. I still love Bobby Flay, but I am super disappointed in his burger place. read more
