I ordered the Bacon Crunchburger, a side of fries, and a fountain drink. The burger was cooked perfectly medium and everything was fresh, but the flavor was pretty mid and the portion size just didn't match the price. Service was good. My food came out in about 9 minutes and the staff was friendly, though I didn't have much interaction. The restaurant was clean, booths were comfy, but the mall setting made the vibe feel a little awkward. Unfortunately, I won't be back. $23 for a burger, fries, and a drink is way too steep, especially when I know I could get better quality for half the price somewhere else.

This was pretty tasty! Stopped for a dinner after a work event and the burger and fries were tasty. I really like that you can crunchify it or whatevs and add chips. The service was great. It was a little chilly at the tables near the door but it was comfortable otherwise. The menu didn't seem to indicate that the veggie burger was in fact vegetarian though so I had to confirm with the worker.

We tried the burger with potato chips on it and also the chicken sandwich. Both were really flavorful. The burger was juicy and cooked perfectly. The fried and onion rings were tasty. We tried a pistachio shake. It was very good and creamy.

Tried Bob's Burgers and went with the blue cheeseburger--absolutely fantastic. Juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. But honestly? The real star of the show was the onion rings. To die for. Perfectly cooked with an insane amount of crisp in every bite. Crunchy, golden, and addictive. I'd come back just for those alone. Highly recommend.

This review is purely for the shakes!! Honestly the pistachio shake was really good! It had a nice, real-tasting pistachio flavor to it (and not the fake pistachio flavoring some sweets use). We asked if they could do a mixed flavored shake with dark chocolate too, and they added some chocolate drizzle which actually paired nicely. (The workers were nice to accommodate my request!) In the end, the price for the shake was $8+ which is WAY too much for any shake of that size. (The cup looks big, but it's narrow and the shake was thinner than I expected.) Hence, the 4 stars I'm giving. So overall, The pistachio shake we had was delicious but not worth anything more than $6 in my opinion. Not sure if we'll be back to try the burgers since this place is overpriced...

Locked doors and dining room closed

Food was good, but I arrived a full hour before closing. The doors were locked. They let me in, I ordered a sandwich and the cashier had to check if they could still make me something. Strange. Then She asked if it was for here or to go. All the chairs were up on top of the tables and they were mopping. It's like where would I even sit? Clearly they didn't want anyone there. I've noticed this phenomenon in a lot of business lately. They close down an hour or two before they actually close. I guess to save on payroll? Restaurants use to do the cleaning after they closed. Sign of the times I guess.

Order the fried chicken sandwich!! This place served up one of the best fried chicken sandwiches I've had in a while. The chicken was perfectly crispy, fresh, and full of flavor, and my order was ready in just a couple of minutes. If you love a good fried chicken sandwich, this one is definitely worth trying. I also gave the bacon crunch burger a shot, but it didn't stand out. It was just okay and not worth it compared to the chicken sandwich. The cookies and cream milkshake was pretty good too: thick, creamy, and easy to sip, with an extra milky taste. Since it's part of the mall, the setup is a little open, which might not be for everyone. It was also pretty crowded when I went. On the plus side, the bathroom was very clean, with automated taps and soap dispensers, plus a handy diaper-changing station

The food was just meh. The burger came with chips on it but by the time I got the burger it was mushy and soggy not in the right ways. I felt like it was a very basic burger. The staff was nice and the place is clean but the food is just not worth it.

I love burgers and chicken sandwiches and these are really upscale sandwiches. Bobbys burgers by Bobby Flay in Orem is fantastic. I got the chicken sandwich and it's probably the best one I've had. The breading on the chicken and spices are unbelievable. I highly recommend bobbys burgers!

This was just okay. I did enjoy the burger but we found 2 different hairs in our food. One was fried into the French fries. And the other was in the sauce cup! Huge bummer. Immediately killed the appetite of the table. Won't be returning here, not worth the hype and waiting for a table.

I love Bobby Flay! These were high quality burgers that didn't have much that makes them stand out from other burger places. I'll start with the good. The fried chicken sandwich was fantastic! Great flavor, incredible texture, and the aji amarillo sauce was spectacular. The burgers were good quality, but really peppery. There was so much black pepper that it was a little distracting. The brioche buns were delicious, but don't hold together very well. The flavors were good and Bobby's sauce is tasty. The other sauces are delicious too. The actual burgers were thick, but didn't seem to be enough of a standout that would make me choose this over some other place.

We got the free chip burgers through the app! They actually gave us multiple free burgers too by mistake! The service was a bit slow but not a big deal. The restaurant ambiance is okay, it's inside a mall so it was a little hard to find. Burger was a 7/10

Love Bobby Flay! Ate at the store in Vegas and had a wonderful fried chicken sandwich. Excited that they were opening a store here. I know this store is new so they're figuring things out, but the chicken sandwich that I ordered here had a Patti that looked and tasted like they scraped it out of the bottom of the fry pan. Same with the onion rings. Burnt and overdone. I leave two stars (may change it) as a heads up to the management team that you have some quality control issues. The burnt crust of the patty was falling off the chicken. It was obvious when I opened the box this was off and the worker should have noticed it. I got take out so didn't notice till I got home or would have complained. couldn't finish the sandwich. Gross.

When we arrived and sat down, we were greeted by Joe telling us that "House rules, you're not allowed to order the same item". Lol. Love that guy! We both ordered Denver omelets, one without onions, extra mushrooms, French toast, and grits and one without mushrooms, hash browns, and pancakes. First off, the pancakes were amazing! They're light, had crispy edges, and had a wonderful flavor. But the best thing was it was in the shape of little donuts, which was a nice surprise. Our entrees came but were somehow got switched. We didn't realize it at first but both were still good. Unfortunately, my wife put Chalula on hers and I put Tobasco on mine and we don't like each other's choice of condiments. The other unfortunate thing was that I had an eggshell in my omelet. Even though we had these misfortunes you can't hide the flavor of these dishes and they certainly don't skimp on toppings. My grits were too sweet today. If it's too sweet for me, it must've been really sweet. The only other criticism I saw was that they were filling the syrup bottles from large Log Cabin jugs. They also were using Idahoan shredded potatoes from a large carton. I can understand the potatoes but how great would it be to have freshly made syrup. Still a great experience and they are still one of the best breakfast places on the state.

Everyone ate a good portion if not all of their food. It was good. We will definitely be back. For the food but more for the service!

I recommend joining the waitlist in advance. It's tough to choose from such a wide range of delicious options, but my go-to pick is always the Mixed Berry Dutch Baby, Baby! The berry syrup and cream cheese topping set it apart from other breakfast places. We also had the Classic Breakfast Special, with crispy bacon cut thick to perfection. The interior is one of the most distinctive things about the place. Nearly all the Art Deco furnishings, the booths, mahogany paneling, black glass counter, and light fixtures, were salvaged from Lamb's Grill, a Salt Lake City restaurant that had operated since 1919 before closing in 2017. Eating here feels a bit like dining inside a piece of Utah history. The service is usually excellent, and you can tell they take the motto behind their name seriously: "True service is true religion." This visit, our waitress did seem in a rush to turn the table, but the quality of the food made it easy to overlook. Worth noting: they run a Second Chances charity that supports people in recovery from addiction, those reintegrating into society after incarceration, and folks rebuilding after financial hardship or other life challenges. It's a meaningful mission, and it's part of what makes this place feel different from your average breakfast spot.

But then came the steak, which was flat-out the best I've had in years. No notes. Here's the thing though, I'm not a gnocchi person. Never have been. Our server talked me into it anyway, and I'm genuinely grateful. It's a short rib and stew situation with gnocchi that somehow hits every note perfectly. Total convert now. And the s'mores pie to close out the night? Simply perfect. Don't skip it. The service was great too, our server clearly knew the menu inside and out and steered us exactly right.

However, we did have one drink server where we had some issues with, but our main waitress was lovely. For starters, our table shared the baked ricotta, balsamic glazed brussel sprouts, and bread rolls with honey and butter. The brussel sprouts were good, but the bread rolls were my favorite! They were so incredibly soft and pillowy. They honestly didn't even need the bread and butter! I was most excited for the baked ricotta, but unfortunately it was a disappointment for me. Ricotta is a very mild cheese to begin with, but I tasted absolutely zero flavor from it and it was mostly just adding a textural element to the bread. The fig walnut guanciale jam was overpoweringly sweet and the guanciale was also nonexistent. Overall, what I expected to be a flavorful combination, fell pretty flat and bland for me. Onto the main, I got to try the Block burger and the house made gnocchi. The burger was a standard burger, nothing too crazy. I was surprised the patty was actually moist because it was cooked well done. The same jam from the baked ricotta was used, so wasn't a big fan of it because again the overwhelmingly sweet didn't do much to elevate the burger. I also missed any flavor from the truffle cheese sauce. So it was a pretty average burger. My gnocchi definitely tasted better than it looked. Another friend also got the same dish and it looked like they just split our portions in half and served it on two separate plates. In general, I wasn't a big fan of this dish. The braised short rib was very tender, but the whole plate sat in a pool of salty sauce. I couldn't really make out any other flavors. The scoop of crème fraiche tasted exactly like sour cream and was not the consistency that I expected. The gnocchi's were made well, but I prefer mine a little firmer. However, this is complete personal preference. Overall, service was good, but food fell severely short of what I expected. I was so excited for all of these elevated flavors and ingredients, but, sadly, none of them came through.
