Then if you want to load them to play arcade games, you need another card or one of the other cards won't load credits, but will not take your money. I don't know. The logistics have to tighten up. If you pay for a package you should be able to do everything included with one wristband multiple times during your timeframe.

Make announcements about the waiver, have a line for those who need socks, and get people checked in and paid. Like, let's match the energy of the crowd. The bounce house is a nice feature for the kids. There are older kids in there hanging out, but they are not bothersome, nor are they rude. The small kids are running around having a blast anyways. I do love that there's plenty of seating for people watching their kids. The go-kart area is the coolest part, and my son loves it. They were closed for maintenance the last time we went, which was disappointing, but he didn't mind as much as I did. They issue helmets and let them go lap around a few times. It is fun and cute. The staff in the go-kart area is young, so they are laid back and will chit-chat, but for the most part, they are great and attentive and ensure safety. The trampoline area is interesting. The theater uses local talent to voice the scripts and to produce the music, and they always do a fantastic job! The stories are creative takes on classics and the productions are fun, visually interesting and the marionettes are beautifully carved. This is also a great place for birthday parties. They have a traveling set that does special events too. They put on performances on Saturdays and the third Monday of each month. This is truly a local gem!

Once the owner received the full payment (which was required prior to the party) all communication stopped. Prior to payment, the owner said she would be happy to work with the people at our venue to coordinate, but after the money was received she did not return any of their emails or mine. On the day of the party, I had no idea if the princess would show up. She did...late, but it was clear that the princess had no idea what she was supposed to do or what party package I had purchased (clearly, the owner had not even discussed it with her). All of the activities she was supposed to do (makeup, games, etc.) were actually done by the venue employees. The princess just followed along. The princess was supposed to bring a special hardback book that I paid $15 extra for and a "beautiful scroll" (which the owner had made a point to mention when selling me in her email) from which a proclamation about my daughter's birthday would be read; none of these things were brought. I made a dispute on PayPal for about 1/2 of what I paid, since I only received the services from a cheaper package. After the dispute was made, literally within 5 minutes and having not heard from her since she received payment, she started threatening me with a lawsuit...seriously, I'm not kidding. I recommend using any other princess company. They will certainly be more professional, customer oriented, honest and emotionally stable. Oh, and yes, my credit card did refund me the disputed amount.
