I definitely would go again, and probably will go again, and get an anti aging facial, especially since Crosby spent so much time on my face, she made it educational and gave me some tips on how I can take better care of my face at home. The space is quite small so I was able to hear a very awkward conversation between my masseuse and another worker regarding the chocolate my service came with which I ended up not receiving and then was led to my room with my masseuse who had me reconfirm everything that was filled out including if I preferred a quiet massage I did immediately feel uneasy as she asked me when my due date was which caught me off guard as I felt like that was information that was unnecessary unfortunately this just provided the base line for the rest of the experience The massage was fine but the masseuse continuously tried getting me to engage in full conversation and asked me strange questions like where I was set to deliver my baby at which I found unprofessional She then asked where I would go to have my massages before and what I liked about that place And I had to state that they would let me drift off while getting my services and that stopped the conversation for a bit She then made a comment about how I must have a high pain tolerance since I have a chronic illness and I have a lot of knots in my shoulders The worst of it was that I have a big scar on my back that I'm self conscious about due to a surgery I got as a child and she poked it and asked point blank as to what happened and how I got it After a stunned second and a brief explanation she jokingly said "you've had a rough life huh" As nice as the space is and how much I'd like to support a locally owned business I can't see myself coming back here for the price point

I tend to have a high pain tolerance and my go-to method of hair removal was brazilian wax and tweezing for underarms. The laser they use here apparently is one of the newest tech out. It doesn't hurt at all. Sara did a great job on constantly asking if I was doing okay and adjusting the laser intensity accordingly to my tolerance. Even when I was on my monthly cycle, Sara did a great job making me feel comfortable and working efficiently. (Just make sure you wear a tampon and take a shower before your appointment) The staff here does an amazing job at picking up their phones. They use online booking system to track appointments, sending forms you need to fill out before each session and processing payment. If you need to reschedule or want to come in earlier, they do a great job about being flexible and fitting you in. For underarms + brazilian laser hair removal, it always takes about 15-20min. They keep the facility very clean and very private. I have light skin tone with black hair so the laser was VERY EFFECTIVE on me. even after 1 session I had 80% reduction in hair growth! *If you have dark skin and dark hair or light skin and light colored hair the laser may not work so well on you bc the laser is shooting at PIGMENT so just keep that in mind before considering laser treatment!!! *

My experience at Slimedica was nothing short of amazing. The service I received was with Jessica, the Nurse Injector and her assistant and I received Botox and fillers. It was my first time receiving fillers, so I was a bit concerned and wanted to chose the right person to do the job. I didn't want the Marge Simpson bad lip fillers or too much Botox to where I looked stiff and unnatural. My research continued to lead me back to Jessica at Slimedica and I am thrilled with my results. Ladies a good tip is to first look at your Nurse Injector's face and see if their results look natural or overdone. If it looks overdone then you need to run the other way. Jessica's face looks beautiful. Jessica listened to my concerns and didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. The environment was quiet and private. She was precise, patient and far exceeded my expectations. She's a perfectionist and was very considerate of my opinion and comfort. Jessica at Slimedica is amazing!! She helped me some time back and she was excellent. I was very pleased with the results. By no fault of Jessica's, I recently went to another injector with one of my colleagues. That was the biggest mistake ever!! The injector overfilled under my eyes and would not take responsibility to correct this. I called Slimedica and they were so great to set up an appointment for me straight away. When I arrived Jessica and Stephanie (who is also awesome) welcomed me. I explained what happened and they immediately knew what needed to be done. They were super supportive and did not make me feel the least bit uncomfortable about going to another injector. On the contrary, they started the correction process straight away and I immediately began to see the results. However, Jessica advised me that it might take more than one session to dissolve the filler and she was so right. I called Slimedica two days later and Stephanie squeezed me in for another visit. After hearing about SliMedica having a Cool Sculpting special on a morning show I decided to go and check it out. After a lot of researching It was by far the best deal I had heard about. I am a woman in my 60s and had all the classic difficult to remove belly and flank fat. SliMedica has 2 Cool sculpting machines which made my treatment be a lot less time consuming considering how many areas I had done. The Cool Sculpting technician Ce Ce, was awesome! Besides her sensitivity to your physical needs she was also very kind and mentally supportive. SliMedica staff was also attentive to your needs. During one of my long treatments they actually bought me lunch and refused my paying them back! Being I have had very good results and how professional their treatment center is I will be going in for Zerona treatments next. I'm looking so forward to a new me! My name is Tomeka I weighed 292 pounds and my first diet experience has been with Slimedica. I signed up for a two month program. I started January 5 ,2016 today is February 4, 2016 and I weigh 266 pounds. I still have three weeks till my two months is up. My Bmi was so high that I am not seeing inches go away however I have lost at least 2 inches in the arms legs waist and hips. I was told once my Bmi gets to at least a 30 the inches will drastically drop off. My Bmi was like a 60 something when I started its now a 44. I am very happy and faith in what they do here at Slimedica its worth the try and not once did I exercise I just watched my calories and sugar. I have not been able to get under 152 lbs. on my scale in 18 years of trying. When I started the Zerona treatments with diet and medications I was actually up to 157 lbs, and now after six weeks I am down to 144 lbs and have lost two dress sizes. It may not sound like a big difference, but for me it is huge and my appearance is drastically improved. I was able to attend my daughters wedding after three and 1/2 weeks and I was so happy that I really looked nice and not huge any longer. Really nice office and nice nurses/workers; however it was not worth $1800 to lose 12 lbs. They put me on a 800 calorie a day diet. It was very healthy; however if I did that before, I would have lost 6 or so pounds at least, anyway. But, the Zerona Laser was supposed to really make a big difference. However, not one of the nurses ever mentioned that they MUST be done within 48-72 hours or it is not effective. They scheduled me all over the place and did not guide me the way I should have been. Omgosh, they also sell overpriced vitamin supplements that you can get at Walmart or GNC. They charged me $50 for "Alamax", which is Biotin ($7 at Walmart). I received laser hair removal on my face. I have called the office but no call back since a few days after my last treatment (February 2020). I see almost no difference at all if anything may hair is darker and thicker , I'm still growing hair upper lip , forehead , cheeks , unibrow. I have to shave everyday or every two days . I believe I paid $749-800 for this treatment but it didn't help at all.. they gave me I believe extra visit..but I'm still growing a lot of hair!!!I did explained and talked to the ladies after each treatment and even talked to a manager but they couldn't tell me anything expect "changing the settings on the machine" and instead they would give me attitude. read more

I've had facial hair for a long time now & I was under Lacer treatment in New York. it felt nice to finally be able to touch my face without feeling raspy hair growing out of it, however, after a couple weeks it would grow back again and make my face is feel rough. I did the Zerona laser treatments with HCG and B vitamin injections and low calorie/low fat diet Based on my blood work I did in the beginning I also am taking supplements to help with some deficiencies. I did 8 week program and have lost 32 pounds. I lost a lot of inches and feel a lot better. I think I could have lost more if I would have been strict with the diet plan. I have had one treatment of fotona intimalase (vaginal tightening). I felt zero pain, I was out the door in 15 minutes. My partner felt the difference that night and I have more sensitivity then I ever have before. The staff is super friendly and Dr.Hamlin made me feel really comfortable! If I could give it zero stars I would…read more First off I had to reschedule an appointment on a Friday- took the necessary steps to make sure I gave them enough time for the cancellation- called before they were opened. I worked in a medical office I know how normal protocol works and what is proper etiquette. Here's the problem I have-SOMEONE IN THAT OFFICE CALLED ME AND RESCHEDULED MY APPOINTMENT FOR TODAY AT 8am. even though the front desk girl with the tattoo on her left arm argued with me that no one would do that there- so basically called a PATIENT a liar. When I asked if I could be scheduled she said we don't take walk-ins. Nah dip chocolate chip but at this point you owe me an appointment. Here's the best part, I am trying to be seen for a shoulder injury since my insurance won't allow me to go to an urgent care I had to see a pcp- gets even better my insurance ends on the 31st so now because of the front desk's mistake I can't be seen until my new insurance kicks in which will be 3 months from now. Also tried to speak to the clinic manager- she denied me of that too. You need to fire your girl at the front- sorry but not sorry I worked in the medical field I know that it's hard to maintain a smile during some patient visits but to outright deny them- is not okay. I will be calling daily to speak to the clinic manager. Your front desk turned a patient away- who was crying she was in so much pain- I already had to wait to be seen. and then you do this.

The waiting area is always sparkling clean, and I usually only wait about 5 minutes before being called back, then another 5-10 minutes to see Rochele (unheard of with most family medical practices which usually make you wait sometimes 30-60 minutes before seeing the medical provider). Along with the medical practice, there is also an Airrosti location within the facilities, which treats musculoskeletal conditions with conservative care and transparent costs. There is also a Quest diagnostics testing center located here as well, which makes getting blood drawn/testing SUPER efficient and convenient! Highly recommend this practice to get conservative exceptional care!
