You're better off not signing up and just walking in. 2. Brining guests is a complete hassle and you're charged a non refundable fee of $25 if life changes happen and you don't come with a guest that day. On several occasions I was denied guests even tho it was well before the required 24hour application to request them. On multiple occasions my requests were completely ignored and went unreported to even if they were placed 72hours in advance. I was frequently traveling to KC for work and sports only to be hassled when my wife visited from LA stating that I reached my cap for local guest passes (mind you, she lives in California full time and would visit me about once or twice a month for a weekend) 3. Steam room in women's bathroom is utterly disgusting and wasn't cleaned since I was there over a several month period, how'd I know? The dirt streaks and giant clump of hair that just remained of the floor for over 6months 4. Coming from Los Angeles and the Heimat gym where I pay $350/month, I was excited to try this gym... but this gym is clearly nothing but a wanna-be elite gym. The best part of this place is the flavored water in the women's locker room- And maybe the pools in the summer but good luck finding parking 5. Looking to bring up an issue with the staff and escalate it? Don't worry, they're happy to ignore you. Trust me, you're not gonna miss this place. Only thing it's memorable for is being complicated while trying to use its perks and over complicated. The 2 stars are for the water and the equipment. The cleaning staff is super nice tho!

I have no clue because in the 3 months I have been working one-on-one with Scott, not only is my body changing and getting stronger (duh), my belief system about health and fitness--even about myself--is changing in positive ways. Scott does a fantastic job of paying close attention to where you're starting your journey and has an authenticity about him as you move through his program. Yes, he is a true expert in his field. Sure, he is all about your gains in the gym and provides incredible variety to ensure your body and mind don't get too comfortable. Yep, definitely provides resources for handling nutrition but does so with patience and care. My journey has just started, and even though I am a fan of baby steps, Scott is there to see me through as long as I am committed. It is one of my best investments and one I plan to make as long as it takes. Seriously, check them out. Good people.

Here are some highlights of the gym: *Location: The gym is located above Cosentino's Market and offers up to two hours of free parking in the garage, with access from Main Street and Walnut. *Personal Trainers: The personal trainers are top-notch. I have trained with James, AJ, and Conner. *Group Classes: The group classes are free for members. My favorite is Natalie's Bootcamp, held Monday through Friday at 12:15 PM. (Please check the website for current times, as they can vary). *Facility: The gym is spacious with eight distinct areas, locker rooms, and pool access for members. Despite these positives, my review is not 5 stars due to the following issues: *Movie - Cardio Room: This room has experienced constant hiccups since Genesis took over, and currently, nothing is showing. *Plumbing/Water Issues: Currently, half the sinks in the men's bathroom are out of service. Last month, there was a small flood from the pool during bootcamp, and earlier this year, leaks from the washer flooded the men's locker room for over a week. *Turf: The gym's turf is original from One Life. It was stretched and glued earlier this year but has needed to be replaced for over a year. *Equipment Maintenance: One of the two skill mills has been out of order for six months, and several cardio machines have had "out of order" signs for several weeks. *Cleanliness: I do not believe the gym is deep cleaned very often, as there are dust bunnies and hairballs around most of the equipment.
