This was the first time one of my cats had positive symptoms and it led to $500+ in vet bills for testing and treatment. There was no communication about my cat's clearly visible symptoms prior to the pickup day and it looked like he had been suffering for a few days by then. Throughout their stay, I would ask for updates and photos of the two cats. I only received photos of one of the cats. Despite Lance telling me he would send photos of the second cat, I never received them except for two photos on the first day. On the first day, that second cat was going out of the cubby and exploring. Upon arrival at the Cat Villa, I found the second cat holed up in the corner of their shared cubby. This leads me to believe that something had happened to my second cat that made him too scared to leave the cubby hole because the litter box that was originally in there was moved outside. In addition, when I picked up my cats, they were meowing nonstop and it sounded like they smoked a pack of cigarettes every day. Their voices were so worn out and didn't return to normal until a week after. It leads me to believe that my cats were probably constantly meowing out of stress and lack of care. Safe to say, I will never return to this business because I entered with two completely healthy cats and left with one very sick cat and one incredibly anxious one.

I am over 60 years old and have been taking my 34 pets to Veterinarians since I was in my teens, so this is NOT my first time to the Veterinarian "rodeo". First off, I HIGHLY recommend that EVERYONE reading these reviews, do so with an open mind. Based on the quality of service we (our kitties) received, there is virtually NO WAY this VET CLOWN has received a plethora of 5-STAR REVIEWS, regardless of what appears to be the case, many negative reviews get taken down or don't even get posted due to filtering on most apps/sites today. So, how reliable are online reviews if every review is NOT allowed to post? I will leave this review in hopes that it won't get filtered out, because I genuinely do care about animals and I genuinely LOVE my fur-kids. I'm a professional business executive, own my own online business that's growing faster than we can keep up. So, I definitely know what goes into quality service and serving others. I also graduated in the top 1% of my class at UW. So, I do know what goes into building a thriving service-based business by listening to the client/ customer and taking pride in the quality of my work. Ms. Rhonda of Alley Cats Mobile Veterinary, is clueless when it comes to knowing how treat to and what to treat with, when it comes to your fur-friend and fur-baby. I genuinely was impressed at first by her response time, for this I give her 5-Stars all the way. BUT, from the time she showed up at our door to when she left, it was 1-STAR and 2-STAR SERVICE QUALITY THE ENTIRE EXAM OF OUR KITTY. I can see how her personality may influence those who find her so friendly, BUT COME ON FOLKS, LOOK BEYOND THE BS at what you are getting for $300-$450!!?? Here's what we received. A 4-minute exam our our cat, who clearly was suffering from an infection. Absolutely NO sample was taken to do lab testing on, and then she says we should just give her a call if we want to go with an antibiotic. This is NOT JUST UNPROFESSIONAL, ITS UNETHICAL AS A ANIMAL DOC AND VETERINARIAN. After she left, we were left in the exact same MESS with our feline as when the Vet arrived, PLUS the receipt for paying this Vet Clown nearly $400. FOR WHAT?? FOLKS, LOOK BEYOND THE SHMOOZING, IF A VET SAYS SHE REALLY DOESNT SEE ANYTHING WRONG WITH YOUR FUR-KID, AND YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE THAT HE/SHE IS IN DURESS AND SUFFERING, TAKE YOUR FUR-BABY TO A REAL VETRINARIAN AT A REAL BRICK AND MORTAR CLINIC OR HOSPITAL. WHY RISK THE HEALTH AND POTENTIALLY THE LIFE OF YOUR FAMILY MEMBER? This was my 1st and LAST MOVILE VETRINARIAN EXPERIENCE. I have eyes and a pretty damn high IQ, so you can take this review to the bank as a solid reflection of Alley Cats Mobile Vet Service and Ms Rhonda, who calls herself a Veterinarian. Again, I've been taking our family pets to Veterinarians since I was in my teens. I'm now in my 60s, so yeah I do know what service and care my pet should be receiving when being examined and treated by a veterinarian. Do NOT place your trust or your money on this CLOWN, she really is CLUELESS. I've never been more disappointed in my life from someone examining my pet. I will leave it at that.
