They rushed the kids through the use of the instruments and also the celebration. They were cold and didn't seem how to know how to be friendly when speaking to kids at all. Overall no one was happy with the service and effort put into making sure the kids have fun. Maybe they are just not great for parties but I was kind of surprised by how bad it was. Do better, your establishment is geared toward children. Perhaps hire people who like working with children.
