We ordered a new fitted slipcover for our 20 year old feather and down filled sofa, which was in good shape, but just had a faded and worn look. I also ordered fitted cushion covers for an armchair, an ottoman, and five coordinated throw pillows. I even ordered some fabric by the yard to re-cover my dining room chairs. I couldn't be happier! They used to provide quality products but not any more. At least not for custom made covers. My cushion covers were too small and wrong color. They remade after back and forth emails and sending them photos. The second set was possibly even worse. I again sent photos. Now they are ghosting me so I have to go through trouble of dispute process for refund. I'm not sure what has gone wrong with their quality but I can definitely say the material they are now using is not what it used to be. I have ordered numerous times from them over last ten years. But never again. I even sent a photo of covers ordered from them in the past to show the difference. The new covers were ordered to exact same specs. But are certainly not the same. I hate to write bad reviews. But not immediately issuing a refund after they blew it is not acceptable. Their policy states no refunds if your measurements are not correctly ordered. Had a custom cover made for a queen size futon. Depth was 9" but the cover was way too big not only on the depth, but also too long by a lot. Since it was custom, I can't return it. I might understand the depth being some big but the length of a queen futon is standard. There should be no problem there. I will have e to cut it apart and remake the whole cover. read more

Placed a custom order for a patio chair that is part of a set of 3 chairs. Ordered 1 first to make sure I had the sizing right (custom orders are non-refundable so I wanted to be sure). After receipt & confirmation of size, I placed a 2nd order for the remaining two chairs. Order went through but got a call a few days later that they didn't have enough of the fabric to fulfill the order. They offered me a different color, which I didn't want because then the furniture would be mis-matched. I asked if they'd consider replacing the 3rd chair with the new color at no cost and they refused (instead, offered me a 10% discount). They seemed to think that I should absorb the extra cost for their inability to procure the material and insinuated that i shouldn't have placed the order in two stages. I followed up with an email making the request which they--again--denied and went onto threaten me with legal action if I gave them a bad review. For a company that has "Made in America" all over their website, they're certainly not doing the good ole US of A any favors reputation-wise. I will also say that the quality of the material & craftsmanship from the 1st cover I received was pretty mediocre, especially for the price; it was not cheap! Material had a thin/flimsy feel to it for patio furniture. I only re-ordered because I was already 1 chair in and wanted to just get the full set complete. Definitely don't recommend! read more

Quickly and beautifully made custom arm rest covers. We have a relatively new and expensive leather reclining chair with bizarre and unexpected wear at the ends of the arms. When you have to return the product (because of their mistake) they claim that they will deduct shipping fees from the total. F*** these guys. I have two Ligne Roset Calin Fireside Chairs. I contacted this company because they claim to be able to make any kind of slipcover. I sent rough measurements and didn't know what style of chair they were, with the correct measurements, wanting a zip on slipcover in outdoor fabric. The snotty lazy email sent to me gave me a link to all fo their standard furniture links. If you are a custom slipcover shop, you should be able to make slipcovers for these chairs. I was so irritated I called them directly to talk to their customer service manager. She then proceeds to tell me that a slipcover can't be made for the chairs. Amazing..because the upholsterer is able to make custom slipcovers for me that fit these exact chairs. THEY DO NOT DO CUSTOM WORK per the head of customer service. The attitude of these guys. I ended up just contacting a local upholsterer to do the work. Must be nice for them to be swimming in so much business they can afford to falsely advertise and then be rude to people. read more

I would not recommend this companies products. I ordered two custom arm chair covers that required me to submit detailed measurements and a photo of the chairs arms. When they arrived, they were of very poor quality compared to the price and the fit was very loose. This was a complete waste of time and $150.00. Unfortunately they don't allow returns on custom orders. It's very disappointing that they are so awful looking. I contacted them to proceed with a return due to the slipcover not fitting my loveseat and the cushion covers being the wrong color. Although they acknowledged the slipcover won't fit my sofa as well as the color mistake on the cushion covers, they only agreed to refund me for the slipcover and not the cushion covers AND I'd have to pay for shipping them back. The lady was rude and didn't care at all about working with the customer. She even stated she hated to insult me but the slipcover won't work with my loveseat. So, she wants to make new cushion covers in the correct color, send them back to me, then I'll use them on the existing brown leather sofa. Really? That makes no sense whatsoever. Bottom line is that I would never do business with this outfit ever again and they should be embarrassed to have such poor customer service. To top it all off, the cushion covers did NOT even fit the cushions. They were the wrong size and not at all what the measurements were that I gave them. So the whole experience was very poor. I have an extremely comfortable sofa which unfortunately needs to be recovered... but I'm not up for spending $3K on that... so I slipcover it. Unfortunately, the fabric on the cushions had ripped apart and it was clear that even to use it slipcovered I needed something to cover the cushions. I spent about 15 minutes on Slipcovershop.com ... where they told me to save money by ordering one cover rather than three... and to remeasure remeasure remeasure. I thoroughly reviewed the fabric I wanted (chose Denim) and their recommendation for zipper. I wanted something contrary to their recommendation and they called me to verify before they made it. My cover arrived EXACTLY as I requested within a week of order. It fit PERFECTLY. The fabric is AS DESCRIBED. Just wanted to share my extremely positive experience. read more

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I orders 6 pillow covers from them in STANDARD sizes (202 x 20 and 22 x 22) in a simple white fabric. When they arrived the fabric was very very very low quality, and the sizes did not fit the slipcovers I was replacing. I sent them photos explaining this, but they said this was a CUSTOM order so I can't return it. They also said that it was one of their most popular fabrics. I would give a zero star if I could. My slipcovers were simple and easy to make but came back way too big. I had to submit 14 measurements to their online site for custom slipcovers and they got 13 out of the 14 measurements wrong. That is correct! Only 1 measurement came back right. I have worked for major luxury retailers doing their visual displays for years, so I know how to take measurements and understand fabric...and the difference between excellent customer service and bad. After receiving the slipcover I checked their work and put together an excel sheet with the measurements I ordered, the measurements of the actual slipcover and how many were incorrect. I was told to ship it back and they would redo it. Only after I sent it back they told me I had to pay them $25 to alter it. Wait... so I had to pay for their poor work? I was not happy with this but went ahead to get it done. I only had them do 1 slipcover because I wanted to see the quality of their work before getting the remaining 3 slipcovers I needed. The person I dealt with was rude and unprofessional. Never once did she admit they didn't do it properly which was frustrating. I asked her several times to confirm after this mishap that they would not charge me to re-alter the remaining 3 slipcovers if they messed the second order up and she would not. So be forewarned they do poor work and when they mess it up YOU will have to pay them extra to fix it, all while being treated rudely in the process. Please go to a local place to get your slipcovers. This took a long time, was frustrating and was a waste of money. read more

If I could give no stars, I would. Ordered a stock slipcover for couch, chair and love seat in the smoke color. The chair was too small so I returned and reordered, in the exact same color, a new loveseat cover. It shows up and is a totally different color of gray. So, I called and told them I wanted to return it and, since it was a different color, could they please pay the return shipping. Here is their response: "Thank you for contacting us. It was brought to my attention that you received the Loveseat slipcover in a different dye lot. I reviewed your order and see that we had no notification that this slipcover was supposed to be matched to the slipcovers that you previously received. The Readymade slipcovers are kept in stock and ready to ship. Unless we are notified that the slipcover needs to match the dye lot of a previous order we ship out the slipcovers we have in stock. Since item was sent correctly as ordered, you will be responsible for return shipping. However as a courtesy, we will issue you a full refund when the slipcover arrives. You can return the slipcover to the address listed below and include a copy of your invoice in the box." Seriously. Why should I have to tell them I ordered stock, not custom, slipcovers in the past and was trying to match them. How about they just have consistent color for smoke #412! I am supposed to assume that they have their head up their ass and won't send the same product? No where do they say dye lots will vary amongst ready made products. And also, according to their return policy, I should get a full refund anyway. They aren't doing me any favors by giving me a full refund. I ordered two custom slip covers for my couch. The colors don't even come close to the color on the website. I ordered a dark brown, I received a reddish brown hideous color. After contacting the company I was only told my order was not returnable, and I should've ordered samples first.
