Honestly, I have no complaints. Everything came back in perfect condition--clean, pressed, and honestly in better shape than when I dropped it off. That kind of consistency and care really matters. This will definitely be my go-to cleaner while I'm in San Luis Obispo. I'm grateful to have found a place I can trust to have my clothes clean and ready when I need them.

The owner is also very nice. Located in a strip-mall with a yogurt shop, Subway store, Radio Shack, GNC, CVS, the Grocery Outlet, and the Dollar Tree, Burger King, and several restaurants nearby, customers can do some shopping while their laundry is being done. Parking is pretty good depending on the time and amount of patrons at any given time. The shopping center itself has plenty of parking spaces, nevertheless. There are also carts that can be taken outside of the facility for loading your laundry to and from your car. My wash always comes out clean and the prices seem reasonable for front-load washers. The dryers are large and can handle big loads of clothes at a reasonable price. This is my favorite laundromat in SLO county and the only one I use.

I was denied service stating, "we are closed, last load is at 730pm". If you chose not to allow customers to use your services past 730pm, than anyone with any common sense would know that the hours are 7am-730pm. The lady working there wasn't rude, but very matter of fact and concrete. If you choose to work in customer service, you should be a bit more flexible. Very disappointing!!
