She immediately explained that they were out of buns and their fresh fried pork rinds. Now, this was a little disappointing as two of their menu items were a pulled pork sandwich and a brisket sandwich but she did explain that they took the opening on short notice due to the other food truck that was scheduled cancelling. This implied they did not have enough time to make sure they were stocked appropriately. She did offer to use soft taco shells instead of a bun. Our order consisted of a hickory smoked brisket sandwich, loaded fries, pulled pork sandwich and fair fries. Now, because of the bun situation I chose to just have the brisket without the option of the soft taco shell. It was amazing. It was topped with cheddar cheese, fried jalapenos and onions and smoked garlic aioli. Flavor explosion and the meat itself was smoky deliciousness. The fair fries were crispy and had just the right amount of salt. The loaded fries were the same only they were topped with pulled pork, beer cheese and shredded cheddar. Smack your Mama delicious! The pulled pork was smoky and tender. We also decided to try a side of their cilantro lime slaw which was excellent with a slight kick to it. Can't wait to see them out at an event again. They will definitely get my business.

It seemed everyone loved the menu options and the portions were surprisingly large and served hot and fresh. This food truck definitely exceeded everyone's expectations and added a fun element to the event and was a great alternative to what normally would have required bringing in and managing food for a large group, Cheesy Dave's took care of everything making it easy with no cleanup for the team hosting the event. This place specializes in seafood. Apparently they have a oyster bar that opens at 3 o'clock. We did not do that. We ordered off the menu. An open face chicken Parm sandwich and shrimp pesto over penne pasta. Both meals were absolutely wonderful. They weren't too much and they weren't skimpy either. Just right for in the middle of the day. The french fries are out of this world. They taste just like my mom used to make when we were kids. That's because they were made out of fresh potatoes like my mom used. They served bread with it also and they were rolls. I believe they were homemade. They had a real nice light sweet taste to them. They also as one of the soups of the day had New England clam chowder that my husband thought was excellent. The place is decorated beautifully. There's lots of room. It's good for just two people to come and eat or if you have an event rehearsal dinner or a little family get together there's plenty of room and it appears they even have an extra outside entrance for events in the side room. The waitress was wonderful. That the menu as you can see from the pictures I posted is really diverse. A lot of different items that you won't see anywhere. For instance there was roast fried green peppers in Oil with bread. I wanted to try that, but I went towards the Parmesan instead. They got a couple different greens dishes too. There's sandwiches Rubens and hamburgers and buffalo chicken sandwiches. And I didn't see any of the salads go near us however they have the regular salads like we find in western Pennsylvania with the french fries and steak on them. The bar looks really nice. They had a beer on tap and had a white selection again. I posted the picture with it. I would come back again when we're passing through it's a must go to place.
