Another guy at a different table got up and served himself coffee. I noticed someone else walking out from behind the bar when we walked in. I'm not sure what she was doing, but apparently it's understood when you're a regular that you're also family. I had a soup and my friend who was with me had a BLT. We were both extremely happy with our food and service. We grabbed a table near the door when we first walked in because I like to sit on the perimeter my first time visiting a place. Truth be told, I was out looking at houses before taking a break at Cousin's. If I didn't want to move to Lockport before, I sure as heck want to now! I've worked remotely from here, met up with people, and just sat solo -- all work. Free wifi, easy parking, the whole thing. Open Tuesday through Saturday which works fine for me. Staff is friendly every single time, remembers regulars, doesn't rush you out. If you're in Lockport, Niagara Falls, or anywhere in WNY and searching for a local coffee shop that's actually worth it -- this is the answer. Not a chain, not a compromise.
