Web posted price is one thing but when you show up it jumps by $10. I'll go elsewhere.

I don't see how anyone could give this hotel less than 5 stars. (Some whine, yet leave out…read moreimportant details.) Cozy accommodations, amazing customer service, and helpful staff. They went above and beyond each time to help, no matter how big or small the ask. Furthermore, they were gracious in their hospitality without being stuffy. The staff deserves major kudos for every good deed they did. I appreciate them so much. They helped me at the front desk with last-minute holiday reservations. I appreciated the feeling of coming home, so to speak. Front desk was available and helpful. The front desk even helped a pastor who had dropped some items in the lobby, quickly stepping in from the cold. The lobby is warm and inviting. I wish I had photographed the Santa who had come down the chimney! Staff even put out Christmas cookies in the lobby for us. The hot tub with its jets was welcoming, located close by the breakfast area and elevators. Housekeeping was honest and polite. They did all they could to help, since I didn't need the room cleaned every day. They respected the Do Not Disturb sign, yet provided fresh laundered towels and other essentials, as did the front desk. I truly appreciate the hotel staff going out of their way. Now that I'm posting this review, I don't know if they will get entirely booked up! Ha ha! I just want them to know they did a great job. They are wonderful people. So honest and helpful. Additionally, the hot breakfast each day was greatly appreciated. It was like a smorgasbord of food. You could make hot waffles, plus they had homemade biscuits and gravy. And there were eggs, hard-boiled and also scrambled available, and sausage. There was also the assortment of juices and coffee, tea, plus all the condiments and cereal. The lobby has an area where you can pull up right to the door, and all of the carts are right around the corner, literally within reaching distance. I was told they are getting new washers and dryers for their customers. In the meantime, there is a laundromat within a very short drive. Just down the block essentially. Thank you so much for everything. Oh and I would be remiss if I didn't mention the amazing water pressure. I thought the Comfort Inn in Grandview was amazing too. This one in Harrisonville has a really great shower pressure. I had the wheelchair accessible room. There were two benches that you could use in the shower. And also the removable showerhead was greatly appreciated. You could also place it back into its receptacle. The hotel has ample parking. Right across the street is an antique mall. And it's a short drive to Cleveland, Missouri, which is where I was visiting a friend. It is also a short drive to Cass County Medical Center, which is where I spent the night with a friend while visiting. Much appreciation for this delightful hotel. It is down to earth with friendly people who go above and beyond to ensure that your stay is wonderful. I also recommend driving to the historic area of Harrisonville to see the old buildings. They are a sight to behold. If you do any sightseeing over the holidays, on your way from the airport, I highly recommend seeing the Plaza lights. You will likely see them at night as you were landing. On the way to Harrisonville I saw them for sure. It was so pretty. If you do stop by the Plaza, I recommend going for KC barbecue or for a Winstead steakburger. If you stop in Grandview on the way from the airport to Harrisonville, I suggest that you see Main Street lights at night. But if you want to walk Main Street, I suggest that you do it during the day when places are open. Truman Corners is another good place to go. Topsy's fresh popped popcorn there is really great. They haven been in business for decades. I used to refill my mom's popcorn tin there. Thank you again to the Comfort Inn for everything. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Lastly, but not least: the beds are super comfy. Even called the hotel to try to figure out whether the mattresses are Serta. I had the best sleep ever. Now that I am home, I'm missing that mattress. I even had a sleep study done before this trip lol My room had a fridge and microwave plus coffee. And various channels on the TV. Plus a desk even. I really didn't need heat even during 0° weather. I turned it on a few times. The gas station and credit union or bank are just down the street. And there is a dollar store as well. Going into the dollar store. I felt like I was on the wild frontier for some reason. The gentleman was very helpful there. Thank you for a delightful day, if I am ever in Harrisville again, I will definitely stay here. Pizza Hut delivers. The front desk even accepted a delivery when the Amazon locker got filled up at Love's truckstop. On New Year's Eve, I was treated to fireworks. There is wonderful barbecue in Harrisonville proper. The historic district has amazing places I would like to try on my next visit, including a gastropub.

I am completely utterly shocked at this diabolical situation that I was forced to sleep through unknowingly, there was ants crawling around on my pillow too. I will never stay here again.

No elevator so had to carry up two flights of nasty, unvacuumed carpet. This was about 6 at night so they had all day to vacuum. Room was fairly clean with sink in sleeping area. Decided against a bath or shower as tub was yellowed. Pillows were large which was nice. The fridge was unplugged so I plugged it in and the most awful mildewy smell emerged. Ugg. The poor customer service of the guy at the front desk when I asked about mailing postcards. His response was not for guests. Guess what I am never returning. Really you can't add a couple of postcards to outgoing mail. Terrible impression. Stay somewhere else, you get what you pay for.

Took almost an hour to get back my cash deposit and the room lock didn't work as well as the security safety latch being broken bb said it was low priority ... This hotel should be shut down!

We were able to hang out downstairs in the breakfast area that evening. It was nice to be able to catch up and watch for other family members to show up. I love the decor of the lobby and the staff were pretty helpful and friendly. There's a bowl of apples and water available when you check in. They have a small fitness center that has a refillable water station. This place has an indoor pool and jacuzzi (separate areas). They only had 2 Queens available instead of a King but that was okay. The room and hotel common areas were clean. The air conditioner works great. Water pressure was good and it got hot fast. Our room had a small refrigerator and microwave. It had a desk, full length mirror and luggage shelf. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was good. They have scrambled eggs, omelettes and hard boiled eggs. The oatmeal had 11 different toppings (the most I've seen at any hotel we've stayed at). Other offerings: biscuits and gravy. Bagels, bread and English muffins to toast. Mini muffins, bananas, yogurt, milk, orange juice and apple juice. Waffle station. The only thing they didn't have was sausage or bacon. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

I did have a room with 2 queen beds. The room was completely SILENT despite there being a high school or college team of some sport being registered. The gentleman on the front desk was so incredibly helpful! He jumped to assist with the maintenance issue and added the toilet paper holder to a maintenance request. He did offer to see what he could do for me - which was so sweet! - but there was nothing he could do. It needed to be removed and reseated. This may well have been the quietest hotel I have ever stayed in!! The cleanliness was unquestionable! I did not have an accessible room as I normally like but I had plenty of space. The shower was inside a tub. Shower seats are available by asking for them at the front desk. I was driving from Denton TX to Hastings MN. This was my stop for the night.
