Do not take any kind of Audi to this location. Staff doesn't know how to change the oil. Charged me before starting my car, then took it apart and didn't know how to work on it. read more

Staff was friendly, but when I looked under the hood the next day there was oil all over. It was very sloppy. The full synthetic was $99, so not cheap. I understand that oil spills, but they should have taken a little time to wipe the excess oil off. They would wipe off the oil if it was thier car. read more

Was there a hour and 4 mins for an oil change, was moved to a different line only to have the other lines move in before me. Been going to this location for over a year now and they are still as thorough and consistant in service as the first day i used them. When I find a place with an impressive business model and a strict protocol i have to give it praise! Ex. I got an all round basic PM (preventative maintenance) service with oil , filter, and fluids and a few days later my vehicle was running a little low on trans fluid due to a slow leak. I went back in a for a fluid check and top-off and expected to pay some sort of service fee, considering they were lending their expertise. To be clear this review is about the Valvoline quick oil on Center Rd in Burton, we have been taking our 2 vehicles here for over 2 years now, last time we were there they didn't give us our receipt, this time when we got there there were 2 cars in each line and a vehicle in each bay, we were on our way to the Lions game and didn't want to be late and we weren't sure how long these guys were going to take, they are definitely not a Quick oil change place, we parked about 2 feet further back than normal just to give us room to leave if they looked like they were going to be long when [[HIGHLIGHT]]a very Rude guy came out and told us to pull up, there was plenty of room to get around us to get in other lines and no more room to park behind us in line even if we did pull up, my husband explained why we were parked back 2 feet, he said I can't get cars packed in here with you parked like that, they only could have gotten 2 more cars in and there was no one trying to get in he was just being rude and it was obvious[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]], [[HIGHLIGHT]]we started to turn around and leave as he was yelling whatever have a great day, he was rude and it seemed on some kind of an oil changer power trip if that's even a thing[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]], I would not recommend this place if you're in a hurry or care about how you are treated! read more

Super friendly and fast service! Made recommendations for more services but not pushy when I declined. Saw my veteran plates and gave me a 15% discount. I usually don't ask for discounts which makes it extra nice to get it offered. read more

Although the ladies providing the service was great the manager was completely unprofessional and they were completely unprepared with products lacking simple grease and not even offering a discount because they can't provide a full service. The manager got a rate and very loud and angry and tried to put his hands up and tell me to stop talking. He Doesn't know how lucky he is. read more

My oil change and replacement of a marker light bulb took 55 minutes. I had agreed to have front and rear differential fluid replaced but then was told that my SUV was front wheel drive and only had one differential. My SUV is AWD and after I insisted on this they said the mechanic was looking right at it and it was FWD. I again insisted and then I was told that is was "a different kind" of AWD and only had one differential. Then they said the drain plug on the only differential was too worn and they couldn't replace the fluid. After 55 minutes someone came to have me pay. He said "sorry for the wait" and I said it was a very long wait. I had been looking at my phone out of boredom and he said "well, it looks like it was a good time for you to check your phone." I had an older vehicle serviced at this location. I believed my tire pressure was likely low before I went there. I did not see anyone fill any of the tires while I waited in the car. (Admittedly, I might have missed it as I was reading articles on my phone.) After paying, I asked the manager if tire pressure had been checked and adjusted. The individual at the counter (manager) asked another employee. I overheard the other employee say, "about 30 (inaudible) it's cold." The manager then told me, they measured 30/31 and were "bumped up to 35." Immediately when I got home I checked the tires as they still appeared low. They were all at 28-30 psi.. I called management. I received an apology and was told that they would check security footage to ensure tire pressure is checked on all cars being serviced. If technicians would mislead about a task as simple as filling tires, it makes me wonder what else they may 'overlook' under the hood. read more
