Few days later another fraudulent transaction from the same person on her closed account . PNC decided to take the rest of her money plus gave her ( a minor) a line of credit of $1600 to cover the PayPal fraudulent amount . We not only alerted PNC and asked to block the account , they decided to borrow my daughter money plus more to pay the scammer. Now my daughter is $1600 on red , she is not even 18 yet. Ps: PayPal shouldn't allow that either since you have to be 18 to have an account.

The claim wasn't even open for 24 hours before it was closed and when I called to ask the outcome they said "the merchant said the total is correct so we closed it". They didn't even call me to inform me what the merchant said or that they were doubling down to not lose money. I have a private bank in Texas that is phenomenal and they fight for their customers instead of rolling over and giving up. I will be closing my account soon and taking my business elsewhere.

An employee there named JEREMY CAMPBELL approached me quickly, was friendly kind and saw me as a human first not just a customer, treated me well, and helped me even further by showing me how to add a few super helpful things like tracking my credit score and goals on the app instead of me having to do it myself through other finances related apps I use which for me is way better since I like to have it all in one place. He was awesome, and the branch has been great so far in the few months I've been a client. P.S. I used to work in corporate at a big bank competitor and can usually figure this stuff out myself so I really need his help and he was great! GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE CHASE!
