We had a bachelorette party getting our nails done two days before the wedding. We called a week ahead to book our appointment for our group. The manager called and canceled our appointment less than an hour before we got there. They hung up on our phone calls multiple times. With such short notice of cancellation, this added so much stress to what should have been a relaxing and celebratory weekend. I do not recommend anyone to rely on this business. read more

The older female did my nails and rushed through it so fast my pointer finger nail is terribly crooked. also the thumb finger nail she put on covered half my nail and none of them are the same length. do not get the older lady to do your nails they will be sloppy and rushed. very disappointed as she is a main worker there. read more

Came in for a pedicure and overall was happy with the service. The nail technician was very friendly. The foot/lower leg massage was relaxing. My feet felt soft and smooth by the time the pedicure was done. The only reason that I didn't give 5 stars was because the technician did get some polish on my skin near the big toe, but missed removing it. I didn't realize until after I left that there was a spot of nail polish on my skin. Otherwise, the service was great and I'd come back here again. read more

We were able to get an appointment next day for two people. I had a pedicure done at the spa. The spa was very clean and had liners for all of the tubs. Very large selection of polishes and gels. The nail tech did a great job! I felt very relaxed and enjoyed the grapes and water during my pedi. The spa does not list their prices and was unaware of the cost until I checked out. Overall I would recommend, but maybe ask for a service menu first. read more

My nails were amazing! I got a full set of acrylics for $31 and they all wore masks and had you wash hands regularly. Definitely recommend.

The best nail place around!!! They do not hurt you and if they are if you ask them to ease up they do! They are gentle and give the BEST pedicures!!!! I really love that every time you go in they open brand new equipment for you so you know that their tools are 100% sterile everytime!!! No where even compares to Small City Nails!!!! read more

If I could give negative stars I would!! I went to Small City excited to get a manicure! I started with Jon and in the middle of him cutting my finger nails got switched to Amy. She didn't even dust my nails off and immediately started painting my nails, with no manicure precedures done. Cleaning hands, clearing cuticles, filing nails, massage, lotion, ect. I mentioned I wanted a manicure and she seemed annoyed and angry. She hurriedly gel coats my nails, the wrong way, and then I mention this was not a manicure this was a paint job! Amy proceeded to put my newly gel coated nails in plastic bags and putting scrubs and such on them. I was highly upset and pissed off!! My nails are CROOKED- because she didnt file or do anything to them after Job snipped them off, half painted, horribly done and scratched up! She couldn't even manage putting 3 straight lines on 1 nail. I would NOT RECCOMMEND this place to anyone! It also looked DIRTY, smelled badly and feels as though it is falling apart-sheleves bending, floor chipping, holes in the walls in area and the bathroom was gross. Amy needs to take some time off, be fired or learn to at least like her job. She gives HORRIBLE customer service! I would give this place 2 thumbs down for the quality of work and 2 thumbs down for the price. Way to expensive for shit work! read more

We are new to the Huron area. I wanted to get a pedicure as soon as possible. Right down the road from me is this nail salon. I walked in, and was greeted promptly. Signed in and picked my polish and the lady started my pedicure. They have a complimentary cup of grapes and little water, which was nice since I hadn't ate that day. She took her time, and gave the best pedicure. What I loved most were the clients coming in, they all chat and ask the staff how they are and what's new. This speaks volumes, repeat clients, and an acknowledging staff who are just as interested. I will be back. Loved the atmosphere! read more
