He was able to come to inspect immediately and showed me that he would be able to level it and he did not try to over sell me. He was fast and did an amazing job. He did let me know that they could do the installation if Home Depot kept delaying. Home Depot tried to schedule me over a month out so I called Mark and he was available within a couple of days. Along with installing the floor, he let me know that he could also take a look at my outside deck which I had told him needed replacing. At the same time as installing the floor, he was able to order and have delivered the wood needed for the deck. Between both projects it took about 2 weeks to complete which was absolutely amazing.
