Here's the chronological disappointment: Issue 1: No Preparation. We arrived at 7:30 PM, and the order was sitting completely untouched. No one had even attempted to gather the items. Issue 2: The Main Event Was a Myth. They informed us they had NO gluten-free items in stock. This was our second attempt in a three-week period. Our first visit (shortly after they opened) was met with the excuse that the GF dough hadn't arrived yet, but was "ordered for future use." Hence, the excitement when we saw it listed and charged on their corporate website! Issue 3: Zero Communication. The location was given 30+ minutes to fulfill or even look at the order, yet they never called to tell me the primary reason for my entire visit was missing. The cake was unevenly baked and very dense and somewhat dry. It looks like it rose and then fell after baking. Flavor was great though! But the buttercream was sickeningly sweet. It was extremely stiff and dry because it was so heavily concentrated with powdered sugar and the raspberry had an off putting artificial taste. My guess is it was a raspberry imitation extract that we didn't like. But the candied raspberries were a sweet touch that we loved! It gave my whole family pretty intense heartburn and upset stomachs I think because of the extremely high sugar content. I can only speak for this one cake and can't speak for any other baked goods. I'd love to give this place a second try in the future but will just keep in mind that the cakes just don't quite suit my personal preference.

She knew I was there but whatever was on her phone was more important. She tried to follow me off with some BS Story about babysitting some donuts and I'm not buying it so they lose a couple of stars on customer service. So if you're familiar with the product and you go through the drive-through, you probably don't have to put up with that crap.
