I have been trying to get to a yard milkshake bar but since I am visiting Biloxi we stopped and got one. I got the cookie dough and my friend got the cookies and cream. It was massive. Once you get through the toppings it is a glass of milk. The store was very clean and organized and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable The cookies on the milk and cookies remind you of Cookie Crisp cereal. What a fun concept. Absolutely indulgent and a good treat for a special occasion (for me). It was my birthday and I couldn't enjoy one of those delicious concoctions but my grand daughter could. She had a mermaid cone and had the best time. Service is fine and ambiance is as well. Walking distance from the Hilton hotels on the corner so it was definitely worth the stroll read more

This happened on April, 4th 2025, yesterday. I'm really upset about this establishment because they decided to close 30 minutes prior to their advertised closing time (9pm). My family and I tried going last night and we drove all the way from Gulfport to this location just to reach the door and it's locked. A girl at the cash register saw us and tried to duck down behind the counter thinking it was comical but it really wasn't. Then she popped up and yelled at us "WE ARE CLOSED!". We weren't the only ones trying to get a treat from here either when they decided to close 30 minutes early. We saw another employee trying to hide behind a wall... I get if you lock the door 10 minutes before so you aren't serving anyone any longer, but a whole 30 mins? It takes two seconds to scoop some ice cream into a cup and hand it to us and we will see ourselves out. We couldn't go anywhere else that was nice since everything actually closed at 9 by the time we were done with this mess. This place is really nice and we love the atmosphere after already going here one time but I think it's really rude for the employees to mess with us by "hiding" and close this establishment so early from their advertised time. I wouldn't mind a reimbursement of gas money either. read more

I've been to other locations, this location is bigger with an adequate amount of sitting. You can also sit outside if you choose. I got a salted caramel cheesecake bowl and it was good. read more

I have no problem with food, service, or cleanliness of the restaurant. Also it has plenty of parking. The problem is the prices, and on top of that they ask for tips. Even a milkshake this good should only be $10 read more

First visit POV here! Massive menu, knowledgeable staff, delicious flavors. I had some sort of mermaid milkshake, complete with glitter, confetti, and a tail. The drink was absolutely gorgeous! I also had a couple scoops of chocolate chip cookie dough (yes, not cookie dough ice cream, just straight cookie dough), which can be eaten as-is! While the specialty items can be pricey, you do get what you pay for! If a simple vanilla scoop will do it for you, maybe save your money - this spot pulls all the bells + whistles (which, personally, I love when I need a little treat). Adult and kid approved! This was my second time coming here while visiting family and man oh man I've never had sundaes like this before! It's hard to choose which calorie bomb to get since they all look and sound so good, and they're definitely very shareable. Drop a whole slice of cheesecake on top of an entire pint glass of ice cream? Why not! How about a gooey brownie and buttloqd of whipped cream? That's just the nature of ordering at The Yard! Shakes, ice cream, and pretty much all the toppings you could think of. Great place to bring the kids or if you want to have a not so normal ice cream treat for yourself. The price point to me is a little overpriced but I know it's about normal for places that do these kind of shakes. Our shake and ice cream was good and service was great. read more

Worker was wearing hello kitty pajama pants and scratched her butt crack with gloves on? Whole place smells like crawfish. Cookie dough scoops are sitting all over the storage area full of dough. Was it good? Yes, very. Was it worth $14? Not really... My wife and I decided to check this place out last Sunday just because it's the big new thing in town and we dig ice cream. It was super busy and we had to wait about 20 minutes, which is not too bad. I had the chocolate mint ice cream thing with a brownie on top. I forget the official name of it. The brownie itself was very large, fresh, and good. I ate the whole thing and was just about sugared out from it. Keep in mind, this place is about excess. My $14 pint shake was really meant to be shared by at least 2 people, but who does that? The shake was good and cold, the ice cream was smooth, and the bottom of the it was filled with those little chocolate cup things. The top and outer part of the mason jar it was served in (which you get to keep, so I guess that helps justify the crazy high price) was covered in melted ice cream, whip cream, and crushed Oreos. The whole thing is a big sticky mess and it's kind of ridiculous. I'd seriously rather just pay $4 for a shake at Sonic and not get stuff all over me, and I could care less about the jar. They have regular ice cream and shakes, but the prices are still way up there. Bottom line - For the price of two pint shakes (@ $30 after tax), we could have each had a steak dinner at Outback down the road. read more

Walked in not to a warm greeting, but instead a kid yelling across the room at us "we're on a 20 minute wait!" Oh well, my little girls were super excited and we weren't in a hurry. So I said "ok that's fine, should I wait at the counter or go take a seat?" and the girl just looked at me and then walked away. So I stood there until they had time for us. No big deal really. My little girls know how to entertain themselves. But man the attitudes and lack of energy from these employees... we're out on a milkshake date! Come on! I probably would've given 5 stars if the kids working there realized that people come for the experience. The food was fine. Big and sweet. Service was the opposite. read more

This place is AAAAHHHMAZING! I took my 2 sons for dessert and they LOVED it! They have sooo many delicious options to choose from. I got the Cookie Butter Me Up, which is the picture attached to my review. Everything about it was delicious but I was expecting a soft and chewy blondie, except this was more like a cookie. It was crumbly and tasted almost as if it was freeze dried. The whipped cream is also kind of bland. However, everything else was absolutely delicious. The ice cream was so full of flavor and I LOVED the cookie butter. One of my boys got the S'mores and the other one got the salted caramel cheesecake. They raved about theirs as well and finished all of it. We can't wait to visit again in the near future. read more

Ok, I was NOT a customer and can not speak to their food or service. HOWEVER, I can speak to their employee. While at their location eating outside, I watched a truck back in to park in the handicap between their store and Five Guys. Because they backed in I could clearly see there didn't have a handicap tag (although I wasn't sure of a placard). The person driving, was an employee for The Yard. Mind you this was 1pm on a Sunday and the parking lot was fairly open. Even a spot DIRECTLY in front of their store (beside my car). I left after this and discovered. No handicap placard. The driver/employee had not only taken a handicap spot, but parked in a manner that also blocked the handicap curb ramp for wheelchairs. And did so just to unload things from truck to store. Meanwhile, again, there was an open spot (non handicap) literally in front of their door. While I haven't been here for any purchases, an employee (possibly manager/owner) acting so uncaring in this way speaks volumes to their view on customers. Has a handicapped veteran having a family member with difficulty walking and occasionally requiring a chair I find this uncaring act disgusting. read more

The ice cream and toppings were so frozen that it was not enjoyable the cheesecake and cookie was rock solid. The flavors were good if you could get a good spoonful at once. This is one of those places you try but I don't know if we would go back. Service was decent as well. It is pricy but you do get a lot. read more

A lot of good options for desert, but portions are huge. Maybe something a little more simpler with the flavors. Things can take a while as the two times I've been there they only had two people working. The sink in the dining area is a nice touch and definitely needed given the portions and the mess they can (and will) make. I would go back here occasionally but not make it a regular spot as the portions would just do a number on your health. read more

I heard about this place with wack out of this world milkshakes. I had to try it out. I consider myself adventurous. When they say out of this world milkshakes it is definitely an understatement. Ive never seen anything like it. It bringa back memories as a kid when i would throw everything in my ice cream i ate at home. Of course this place is ten times better. I didnt try a milkshake because i was full from dinner but i did get a scoop of the honey peanut butter ice-cream and a scoop of the chocolate hazelnut ice-cream. It was so good. It was like a boogie reeces peanut butter cup. Very rich and so good. Please check this place out. They have ice cream, yogurt, milkshakes and edible cookie dough. Prepare to overpay to be overwhelmed. $14 for a pint sized milkshake that is unlike anything you've ever seen. I got the DOUGHNUT TOUCH MY COFFEE and the kids shared COOKIE DOUGH DELICIOUS. $29 tab but I think overall we enjoyed it $29 worth and you keep the custom mason jars. You can just get icecream for cheaper, but we came for the experience, and for that they delivered. read more

I'm surprised this place only has 3 reviews. So reading the 1 Star review i was wondering was this place worth it. I'm from New York so any good ice cream spot has a wait. So we waited 1 hour and 30 to get our shakes. Now if you think about it, they make everything by hand and all the mason jars are dipped. So your going to wait. Second, if you have to complain about not being given spoons or straws look around. They are on every table and by the register. So the one thing i think they can approve on is seating. If they change the layout a little they can add a few more seats, but i doubt that will do much. So for those who want to try this place, expect to wait for handmade shakes. Oh and the register clerk had an attitude. I don't care but maybe she's having a bad day or it's been a long day. So be nice and kind. read more

Very disappointed and shocked. We arrived at 8:35 and were told we could not order. Really, with two kids with me, you tell us we can't order. If you stop taking orders at 8:30, then you close at 8:30 not 9:00. Also, please tell me you are closed before the kids pick out their flavors. read more

This was our second time getting Crumbl and visiting this location. There's always plenty of…read moreparking and the wait isn't that long. Upon entry, we were pleasantly greeted by the employees. They were all hard at work but still took notice to patrons entering. There were a few other customers waiting. We placed our order and didn't have but a 5 minute wait before our order was ready. The cookies were cooked perfectly! Just the right amount of chewy and crispy. My favorite flavors this particular week were the butterscotch chip and the cookies and cream. I thought I'd like the mint brownie but I did not. It was entirely too sweet and had too much icing.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about my experience here! From the moment I arrived, everything was absolutely amazing. The **food** was incredible, fresh, delicious, and full of flavor. Every bite was better than the last, and you could really tell that a lot of care went into everything that was prepared. The **service** was truly the best service I have ever experienced. Aiden was absolutely wonderful and was so kind, sweet, welcoming, and attentive the entire time. She made the whole experience feel so comfortable and special. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and her kindness genuinely stood out. It is not every day that you come across someone who makes you feel so welcomed and appreciated, and Aiden definitely did that! The **ambience** was also amazing. The atmosphere was so comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable, which made the entire experience even better. Everything came together perfectly--the amazing food, incredible service, and beautiful ambience made this a place I would absolutely recommend to anyone. Overall, this was one of the best experiences I have ever had at a restaurant. The food was amazing, the ambience was amazing, and the service was beyond amazing. Aiden especially deserves so much recognition because she was genuinely the sweetest and made the experience unforgettable. I would definitely come back again and again! read more

We were looking forward to eating here after seeing them on Shark Tank a while back, but the drive is a bit long. Still, we decided to do a day trip across the gulf from New Orleans with this being our main attraction. What a disappointment. I can't remember the last time I walked into a place and had this feeling in my gut that I didn't want to eat there. I think they're so determined to prove the sharks wrong that they are trying to cut costs and serve as many people as possible. There were three teenagers working there. Two were serving and one was decorating the walls. They either needed her behind the counter or managing the mess at the door. We were all standing in a mass right next to the front door, as tables covered most of the floor and they were all full. There wasn't a line or any ropes to show us where to stand. Also, the staff weren't welcoming the people who walked in and telling them what to do. I don't blame them though, it was probably a management issue. It was so gross in there that we basically lost our appetites. Overall, not a good experience. read more

Today on my visit, apparently the owner shows up and totally disrespected her employees. These young people that work there are always busy, always working hard to help the customers and always smiling even with people lined up outside the door. There's never any adult supervision there. Just kids running a store. Maybe someone should step up and provide some guidance for these young adults. Me and my family visited 1-2 times weekly. Never again. No one deserves that kind of treatment. Lady you need to re-think how you would like to be treated. I'm really surprised that you have any employees with your sour attitude. Treat people kindly and don't be such a bitter person. read more

Sure. But it's not worth it. I can't believe they even charge you extra for a cone! Any cone at all! The cake cones are regular joy cones that you can buy a box of for $2 at the store. They must be making a mighty fine profit at this ice cream shop. I don't recommend it at all, unless you've got cash burning a hole in your pocket and really enjoy paying $7 for a regular-degular scoop of ice cream.
