The portions are small, compared to many bakeries, but that's actually a good thing, I think. There are several varieties of cheesecakes. I picked basic vanilla. The crust was thicker than I expected and I think it was based on gram cracker, but I could be mistaken. It was just four bites, but tasty. The muffin will be breakfast tomorrow. The star of the show is the decorated cakes. They are works of art that you wouldn't want to cut. They're pictured on the website gallery. The artist-baker works with the customer to make exactly what is wanted. Next time you're near Val Verde, make sure to stop in.

Pickup is done at Her Company, but she can work with you and deliver it if need be. She was kind and great to work with, and made it so that pickup was a breeze.
