Thank goodness for the leak in my kitchen ceiling that made the insurance company decide that I needed a new roof. I was able to get that paid for, but I was out the $8500 and lived through a nightmare. Apparently all he did was stick his camera up in the attic to take pictures. As a former fire captain, he should have recognized the signs of house fire. Even the general contractors who came out to give me estimates saw smoke damage just by taking the attic access cover off. Never offered any help or assistance with the repairs.

They do not carry enough cabinet samples. Janeen told us that she could have been more creative with our kitchen design if she had more time. David left a meeting early because he had an appointment with his athletic trainer. Hurricane Ian happened and we were told that they were working on their families damaged homes etc. Ian was tragic but professional establishments put in the time to meet their clients needs. All they needed to do was measure our kitchen (again), show us some samples and place a cabinetry order. They accepted 35K as a down payment and when I complained that they wouldn't work after hours to get our cabinet order placed they dropped us as clients. "We don't want your money" because I told them I'd report them to the BBB if they don't order the cabinets. Now our home is unlivable as we do not have a working kitchen...it's gutted and it will be nearly impossible to find another contractor. Please read my other Google reviews...I have had good working relationships with the business community...Jenkins is extremely unprofessional I urge you to think twice before you give them your business.
