We called them back once, when the project was only about 6 months old. They never corrected the issue and when more erosion occurred behind the wall again, I let it go until this year. We did the traditional method this time - filter barrier, stone and repack the top. Ironically, it cost 7K with LRE and 7K to repack it 3 years later. What ever foam they used has completely disolved when it was dug out or very little evidence foam was ever used. Do not waste you money and go the old tried and true method to repair your wall and just dig out.

We had so many roofing companies knock on our door telling us that we needed a new roof based on what they arw seeing from the ground. We called Aries and upon their inspection, they said that we only needed to fix one side, which had the most damage and the rest of the roof has five more years left. They gave us an estimate, which we thought was pretty reasonable compared to the other 2 quotes we obtained. We proceeded to select the color. On installation day, they noticed that the color we previously selected didn't really match the existing roof given its age. They no longer make the existing roof that we have so we had to find the closest match. Instead of just going with what we picked installing it and saying hey that's what they picked anyway , they took an extra step to make sure that all sections of the roof matched. We also had to change the location of solar power dock and they did it for us for no extra charge. They're great to deal with very professional, timely, and accommodating. If you are in the market for a new roof or a repair, I highly recommend Arry's.

Disappointing Concrete Stamping Experience…read more I had hoped that my concerns would be rectified by the owner Luis a few months ago when I reached out to him initially. After several months of thinking maybe it would fix itself just as the owner stated, I found it time to write a review. Plus I reached out by email with no response recently so I figure they'll be ignoring me. I am extremely dissatisfied with the concrete stamping job done by this company after paying 5k. The stamping has areas that are so sharp we recently had someone cut their foot open resulting in stitches. The job was done a few months back and Luis stated it would smooth out. To me the job was done rushed and sloppy and also was completed while we had heavy rains even though I expressed concern over that. Despite reaching out, the company failed to address and rectify the issues. Even attempts to get the owner, Luis, to inspect the problems at my home were ignored only to be told he had come by and taken a look. It would be impossible for him to inspect or touch the entire patio due to us having a fence and a pad lock on the door plus. The lack of accountability and responsiveness has left me with a poorly executed project and a frustrating experience overall that I now have to have someone else fix this. While he was highly recommended, I wish it had turned out differently for our home, I wish our concerns could have been taken seriously. Update: We had another company fix the work that Luis and his team did. They had to grind down the entire patio because of the sharpness of what we were left with. I even heard one of them say by looking at the concrete it didn't look bad but when you get down close, feel and walk on it, it was very clear that this was not only done sloppy but was left razor sharp. Luis continued to tell me that it would go down/brush it off and there is no way it would have given the amount of time they spent grinding this down on their hands and knees to be smooth. Be aware that if you're not happy with the job, Elite/Luis do not stand by their work. While we had to pay $1400 for this fix, it was well worth it given we can actually go out there now without cutting our feet up

He generously goes above and beyond without complaint. Initially Landon and his crew trimmed and thinned a large oak tree in our front yard. They did a beautiful job! I was so impressed with the quality of their work, I hired them to do a large landscape project in the backyard. This involved coming up with the plan to rectify our drainage and land erosion issues, leveling out the large grass area with soil, installing drains with 2 pump houses (that are hidden well), planting 2 trees, and re-sodding. This is putting it simply. It was a fairly large project. Landon and his crew did an AMAZING job! Additionally, Landon followed up with a visit 2 weeks later to check on everything.
