Arrived today about 5 min before my scheduled appointment and they asked if I needed a ride. Other reviews mentioned they've gotten them Ubers or a ride back home. However, I had a ride back home already. Good to know though for future services. The people at the front desk were friendly, as well as a few of the techs I got to interact with. Service was completed in about 5 hours, they even cleaned up my car for me(car wash, wiped down/vacuumed interior). Totally unexpected but greatly appreciated. Picking up my car and paying was an easy process. Again, everyone there was friendly. Will definitely be using Lucas Auto Care from now on.

They also quoted a neighbor 6 grand for something that wasn't needed!" Graham said, "They are lying crooks. Don't go there." Fred said, "I use this repair shop until I uncounted the same method. They only provided a number for the repair without even looking at the car. Also taking the car in, for example, for an oil change they told me I had a problem with the grease caps for steering that would cost 4K plus."
