The issue was how late they showed up to cater. Food was supposed to be ready and served from 3-5pm and they showed up at 2:45pm. They cooked everything on site, but it took almost 2 hours to cook and serve. My guests didn't start eating until almost 5pm. I also hired a churro company to serve churros after the food, so their late start caused them to start late too. Suggestion is to check traffic before an event to avoid being late especially if they have a long commute. Also the griddle used to cook food should be bigger to accommodate large parties. The food was good, but I will most likely not hire them again due their lack of punctuality.

First of all, Nestor was so nice, honest, humble, and genuine, and that was really important to us. We went with their platinum plated package, and the price was incredibly fair, and the best package by FAR when I compared all catering companies in the area. Nestor was always available and so pleasant in emails, calls, and had the most calm demeanor. We knew we had to hire them! Then comes our wedding party - they arrived on time, and basically handled everything! They didn't let me do a thing and wanted me to relax and have fun the entire time. Their team was SO nice, professional, friendly, and personable! They even accommodated my request to put the plates on my dinner tables for the photographer to photograph, even though it created more work for them by having to pick them up again for the dinner - they happily obliged and I was so grateful! Also, one of their team members tried helping me figure out a way to keep my centerpiece vases from tipping over because of the wind, that was so nice of her to do when she didn't have to! Their entire team was so nice, the plated dinner was so elegant, the appetizer and dessert table looked so cute, and the food was great too! Unfortunately we didn't get to experience cocktail hour as we were taking pictures but we heard from our guest that they were a great hit!! Everything was supposedly confirmed--until six days before the event when the owner texted me saying they would no longer cater my event due to "unforeseen circumstances" and that I would get a refund. A cancellation this last-minute is completely unacceptable for any catering business, especially for an event of this size. When I expressed how unprofessional and disruptive this was, the responses I received were shockingly dismissive. Instead of taking responsibility, I was essentially told that notifying me less than a week beforehand was "plenty of time," and that "things happen." The final message I got was: "I am not going to go back and forth with you ma'am. You got your refund back, have a nice day." This attitude says everything. There was zero accountability, zero professionalism, and zero concern for the chaos this caused. It genuinely felt like my event was dropped the moment something more convenient or profitable came along. Getting a refund doesn't undo the stress and last-minute scramble she created. Based on my experience, I would strongly not considering this business. This was, without question, the worst experience I have had with a catering business
