At the June visit I was instructed that my tires were still in good shape and 1 month later I was instructed that I was in need of 4 new tires. When I picked up my car which had the 4 new tires I questioned what could have happened to destroy the tires so quickly. I should have never asked. I was treated poorly by the Service Advisor with eye rolling and smirking like I was an idiot. Not that it matters, but I hold a Masters degree. No need to disclose my gender, however; I am concerned that I am not the only individual to be treated in such a manner. I later learned from the Service Manager and assistant Manager that the Service emlpoyees make a commission when adding additional services which can be completed on the cars. I personally will never return to this car dealer. It is everyone's personal choice, but I would suggest always getting a second opinion before allowing them to work on your Honda. You may end up with something that is totally unnecessary.
