My girlfriend and I were randomly looking at houses in winter and Minni showed us a property that we weren't really that interested in, but we told her that we'd keep in touch (which we were 1/2 way serious about). Within a few days, she was sending us listings and calling pretty regularly.... then I told her that before I buy a place I needed to get my parents a place, but first needed to get my mom a new job.
