I came in today with a shattered screen on an iPhone 7. Tyrone took a look, gave me the price, had me sign the receipt, and told me that there was someone ahead of me so it would be about two hours, which was much less time to wait than I was expecting so I was already happy. He then decided to do my repair right away and was done in prob less than 20 minutes. My phone works perfectly now. He also gave me a 90-day warranty that'll cover anything except damage to the new screen if I understood him correctly. He was friendly and professional and got my repair done for me same day. It was convenient too cause they were open till 7 so I could pick it up after I finished work.
