I have taken my Explorer there two times now for service. Both times something has gone wrong. Both…read moretimes were for a simple oil change and rotation. The 1st time I took it in, they told me it would only take about 30 mins. I was in the waiting room for over an hour and 15 min. I asked once why it was taking so long and was told they were just running a bit behind. So I decided to walk outside to get some air, my car was sitting outside waiting to be picked up. When I went back in to ask about it, they said "oh, nobody came and told you it was done, that one has been finished for about 30 minutes." Like I mentioned, I just asked about it a couple minutes prior and was told they were behind. When I asked they about it they said they must have told the wrong person. Well, I was the only person in the waiting room. So who exactly did they tell? The second time I went was for the same thing. I called a week ahead of time to schedule the appointment. After I hung up called back about 20 minutes later to ask a question. The person that answered the phone asked for my name and time of appointment. When I told him, he said I did not have an appointment in the system. He said that the person I spoke to must not have put into the system. He said he was putting it in as we were speaking. Well, a week later when I showed up for the appointment, guess what.....no appointment was in the system. The person that assured me he was putting in my appointment "as we speak" apparently did not! So twice within the same hour I made an appointment and twice in that same hour it was never typed into their system. They graciously said they could fit me since I want was there....the work they did was fine, but like I mentioned it was just a simple oil change and rotation. Just plan on the run around trying to get it done!

He knowingly sold me a junk car not even 12 weeks ago for thousands and thousands of dollars to a single mother of 2 knowing that's my only way to bring in income!!! It went out a few weeks ago and spent almost 400 replacing the starter then it just went out last week and the entire engine, computer system, valves and all are toast. He robbed me and doesn't even care!!!! Don't call him for nothing he has no professionalism and no heart at all!!!!! I'll make this public for anyone who wants to share to warn others of this horrible man as well!!!
