This is a great childcare with super caring staff. Our littles are so happy here and love showing…read moreus all of the fun things they do each day. They even have extra "camp" days for older kids when they are off from school allowing our family more flexibility with work! We are so happy we found this place.

Now we know why they can't keep a cook they took advantage of Ms Nikki to the extreme... Ms Nikki worked so hard good food the kids loved her appearance and the food she cooked had flavor she spent a lot of her own money to buy things because Coskids did not provide her the things she needed to do her job example bowls food food plates bibs cleaning supplies Ms Nikki bought all these items every week just so she could do her job. They let her go why they claim she was vaping in kitchen took them long enough to catch her we never got to see video but the real reason was Ms Nikki told things they way she seen it, so they retaliated and now they have no Cook the cook before Ms Nikki was done wrong as well I think y'all need to speak up about these woman that think they can treat people horrible very dishonest. I met Ms Nikki she has a heart of gold she works 3 jobs and is struggling with a foot injury and she always showed up limping do what she loved to do. I'm not being Ugly here but I want yall to know this Ms Nikki was to go out to have her foot operated on July 16,2026 they went on Indeed and posted her job with out consoling Ms Nikki about the situation Ms Nikki's grown children saw it on Indeed and when Ms Nikki confronted Heather she couldn't even look at her.Heather was being very sneaky. I just want yall to know Ms Nikki is doing great she is not stressed out and is working for another childcare facility and is extremely Happy and she has help. I personally would not recommend to anybody to apply here for a job in my opinion the office administrators should be terminated thank you for reading my review I know these are facts not lies. Congratulations Ms Nikki on your new job keep up the great work your an excellent worker.

I'm not sure it is worth the cost but a decent introduction to cheer. She was consistently placed at the end of pyramids to lift other girls which I wish she had the chance to be rotated. My few interactions with Lisa Chambers, half year program director, have not been customer friendly. She was adamant about a 7 year old girl not wearing leggings during the winter season for practice (when it was 40 degrees outside or lower). With back and forth emails to document the conversation. My husband had to call personally to ensure the message got across! Additionally, my last interaction asking a simple question was quickly brushed off without answering the actual question. We won't be returning next fall.

She has been on the half year program under coach Lisa for the last 2 years. We were so excited to find out Coach Lisa would be her coach again because she genuinely cares about her athletes and invests in their success. Coach Lisa has always been very organized and prompt in her responses to my questions throughout the season. It takes a very patient person to lead teams of 20-30 girls! The half year program overall has been a great introduction to cheer. Every time my daughter is presented with an opportunity to go to a different gym, she continues to want to come back to Charlotte Allstars because the coaches treat her like family and she has a sense of belonging. We have always loved the family culture at this gym!

Instructors are really great! They really watch your kids form and correct when necessary…read more Extremely hands on. They know the names of every single child and their parents. They even provide feedback when they get a chance during class changes. It's a community type of atmosphere if you allow yourself to engage and participate. My kids where not very motivated in the beginning but after awhile they really started digging it. Pricing might be an obstacle for lower income families. I made the financial sacrifice because my son needed something like this after being beat up in school. Coming here really boosted his self-esteem and confidence. Again, such awesome instructors and helpers. A great investment on your child/children for sure.

My son has continued and expanded his "whole body learning" both in direct TKD skills and cardiovascular health, but also character development. My daughter participated in private lessons and received timely support by way of the Granieri's encouraging message of self-worth, self-identity, and self-defense. When other activities (baseball!!) take us from our normal participation levels, there is never judgement, only welcoming arms when we settle back into routine. My children are 14 and 11. There are many students in that age cluster. The location is easily accessible off Route 51 near the Arboretum, and the class schedules allows for flexibility to your week. We are completely satisfied and look forward to continued growth with URMA!
