We have resorted to hiring an attorney to sue them for breach of contract since they have far exceeded the time stated for processing our refund. If you care about your money, take your child somewhere else.

Wendy was a god send and was super informative and supportive. I was terrified to introduce solids and they really helped me with that. My son loves all of his teachers (especially Jedah) and always has a smile on his face for Wendy when he's dropped off. I honestly know they love my son and it makes it so much easier to drop him off and just get through the work week. A bunch of teachers that aren't even in his class always say hi to him and know about him (Miss Meghan and Miss Anne). The front desk staff (Brooke, Kristen, Tiffany) and so awesome too. Kim has been super welcoming from the get go. Also the fact that tuition includes food is SO nice. It saves money but more so it's just one less thing to worry about and do during hectic mornings and evenings. Also, they do so many activities and theme weeks - my son lives water play. We have had such a great experience so far.

Our daughter attended the infant room at Kids R Kids for about 3.5 months. It was our first…read moreexperience with daycare and we were happy with it. The director of the center is on site every day and is very responsive over phone and email. You can tell she really cares and that translates to the attitudes of the teachers, too. Kids R Kids has a higher staff to child ratio than is required by the state, so we felt good that our daughter had more attention. The communication between the center and parents is good. There is an app that gives you a full report at the end of the day of all activities (feedings, naps, diaper changes) and they'll occasionally send pictures. There are also video cameras in the room that you can log into to see what's happening live. We really appreciated this level of transparency. They do lots of good activities with the babies - they go outside every day weather permitting, read together, tummy time. I felt like our daughter's motor skills (such as rolling and sitting up) developed rapidly with their help. They also did some very cute art/painting projects. This location of Kids R Kids is in a nice, new building and has a very convenient parking lot. Pickup and drop-off was always fast and simple. The only reason we left this daycare is because we got a spot at a daycare closer to home. In our original search, Kids R Kids was our number one choice and was right near my husband's office. However, due to Covid, we are both working from home and it saved us a lot of driving to change daycares.

They exceeded all expectations, and I am realizing what childcare SHOULD be like compared to the old daycare. Dogwood excels in the following areas that I find important: Communication: The staff is prompt to communicate on all platforms, through the app, email, and phone. Food: they send out the weekly meal plan, and it's always healthy and nutritious food that my son loves. He's a 99th percentile guy, and so he eats a lot and is never hungry when I pick him up (unlike our old daycare). He probably eats better than me most days here! Staff: I can't say enough great things about the management and teachers here. From the moment we walk in, there's a smiling face at the front desk available to help with anything we need. The teachers clearly love what they do, my son loves them so much. After a year of challenging drop off and pickups with tears at the old place, it's refreshing that there hasn't been a bad handoff since the 2nd week. He even tried to go back in after picking him up he likes it so much. Facility: it's a beautiful facility and CLEAN!! Ample parking, and well thought out. Photos: I have received photos every day, to me this is important as the old daycare I was lucky to get 1 photo a month. They even put little text with it sometimes. This makes going to work and leaving my son at school a lot easier. To summarize this very long review, Dogwood is excellent and my only regret is not coming here sooner. We do drive 10 minutes further because we feel the level of care our son receives is worth it.

As he has progressed through the different age groups, each and every class room has been wonderful. Teachers are always willing to communicate, we have transparency into his daily activities, we get multiple photos daily of his activities, and he is learning so much. The food they serve is healthy and my son loves it. He gets breakfast and lunch each day. All home made right at the school. Their education programming is thoughtful and fun, with themed ideas each week/month that are great. They value sensory learning at a young age and keep children engaged as they get older with one on one learning each day. He gets a lot of attention, they send us daily updates and frequently send us pictures. He loves going to the "color school" (there are giant crayons out front). Today they even took the kids on a picnic. We couldn't ask for a better situation for our son while we are at work. Everyone is friendly. I have even personally witnessed how they discipline the children properly. The teacher explains what they did wrong and why it was wrong. The kids understand why they are in timeout etc. instead of just being placed there for an act. We love this place! When your son is excited to go to school, that says it all!

They will go back and forth with you about what they feel is right for YOUR child. When you voice your concerns about negligent staff or teachers who speak to children aggressively, you're met with excuse on top of excuse. Notices are not sent to other classrooms when viruses are running around the school although many students have siblings/ relatives in other classrooms. They will still send your child (infant- preK) outside in poor weather conditions and will tell you that the state requires children to be outside everyday. In below freezing temps? Poor air quality? Light rain? Yes they will still force your child to go outside in those conditions regardless of how much YOU the parent has asked otherwise. Don't be fooled by the "five star" Google reviews. A large portion of those "5 star reviews" from the same time period were based off an email sent to "incentivize" staff members. Each "5 star review" would equal $100 to be divided among staff for a "Holiday Bonus". FYI if you're only creating an incentive boost your online rating, you know your facility is not what you present it to be. The owners are great and the staff is professional. We're headed to kindergarten now, but will never forget the time we spent with this sweet team!
