We were so excited to find out Coach Lisa would be her coach again because she genuinely cares about her athletes and invests in their success. Coach Lisa has always been very organized and prompt in her responses to my questions throughout the season. It takes a very patient person to lead teams of 20-30 girls! The half year program overall has been a great introduction to cheer. Every time my daughter is presented with an opportunity to go to a different gym, she continues to want to come back to Charlotte Allstars because the coaches treat her like family and she has a sense of belonging. We have always loved the family culture at this gym!

She was adamant about a 7 year old girl not wearing leggings during the winter season for practice (when it was 40 degrees outside or lower). With back and forth emails to document the conversation. My husband had to call personally to ensure the message got across! Additionally, my last interaction asking a simple question was quickly brushed off without answering the actual question. And that's just half the park. On the other side, a regular playground with a splashpag, picnic shelters, a massive baseball/softball complex and walking trails and a mountain bike trail.
