The next morning 5/10/24 I received a phone call from his number saying that they had his phone and they wanted $400 for it but wouldn't tell us the location. Once on the phone I tracked the phone to Lola's Tech. Upon arrival, the guy that welcomed me was the same person that contacted me on the phone earlier . I recognized his voice . He denied everything. But I'm not stupid!! I contacted the police and an investigation is getting done. Long story short I still don't have his phone and this place needs to shut down !!! The owner said a man came in & "ATTEMPTED" to sell my pink iPhone 15 but he denied it. Well obviously that's a lie because my iPhone is still pinging to this business the last 2 weeks since it was stolen off my beach towel. So yea don't give this man any business. I would give 0 stars if I could. Awful service. Took my phone in for battery replacement…read more Immediately following, my phone speaker no longer works and I can't talk on it....so that's great. I returned an hour later to take it up with them and they were rude. I went to Apple to get the problem officially diagnosed and was told my phone receiver was damaged when they replaced the battery. Went back to Cellairis, again, they were rude and I had to push them to give me their names and the contact info of the store owner. They clearly didn't want to deal with this issue. I've now called and texted the owner multiple times with no response. I will be taking it up with corporate. P.S...they will try to force you to pay cash...DONT. Pay on credit so you can contest the payment when they give you faulty service.
