Once on the phone I tracked the phone to Lola's Tech. Upon arrival, the guy that welcomed me was the same person that contacted me on the phone earlier . I recognized his voice . He denied everything. But I'm not stupid!! I contacted the police and an investigation is getting done. Long story short I still don't have his phone and this place needs to shut down !!! I returned an hour later to take it up with them and they were rude. I went to Apple to get the problem officially diagnosed and was told my phone receiver was damaged when they replaced the battery. Went back to Cellairis, again, they were rude and I had to push them to give me their names and the contact info of the store owner. They clearly didn't want to deal with this issue. I've now called and texted the owner multiple times with no response. I will be taking it up with corporate. P.S...they will try to force you to pay cash...DONT. Pay on credit so you can contest the payment when they give you faulty service.
