When it was time recently to go smaller with a lift, I went back to him again. I had the same great experience. Kelly is so sweet and encouraging. Dr Halpern was very specific in getting me the results I wanted and meticulous about preparation and recovery. Always gives a hug, and feel very comfortable working with him. The whole team on day of surgery including anesthesiologist were amazing. I am so happy with my results and the pain this time around was almost none! I will definitely recommend him and his office. Thank you

WARNING! READ THIS ENTIRE REVIEW IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING THIS DR. I had a breast revision by Dr…read more Joshua Halpurn in March of last year. He botched my left breast and put in the wrong size implants because he was confused on what " DO NOT GO SMALLER" means. I had a 540 implant and I told him I want the "same size or slightly larger" I was crystal clear and adamant about the size in every pre-op appointment. You have to be an idiot if you can't figure out that 470 will be SMALLER than 540. The doctor I just met with told me that to get the same size (saline to silicone implant) the conversion would have been to put in an implant around 580-600, depending on brand/ type of implant. You will always go up in cc's when converting. NOT DOWN. I know these sound like giant implants, but I am a natural A cup) That have would have given me the same size I had, which is a large D, borderline DD. He absolutely refused to acknowledge either issue, including that I was having a lot of pain. He had such a flippant "O-well" attitude. It took me several video calls and 4 post op appointments to get him to acknowledge anything! He still refused to admit to any wrong doing on his part. This is insanity. Here I am 16 months later, still have discomfort. I am getting a revision soon. Dr. Halpurn FINALLY told me that the left deformity is from my scar tissue which was a blatant lie. Essentially, he put the blame on me. You don't get scar tissue the very same day of the surgery. There was no scar tissue there before the surgery. I was simply switching out implants because my old saline implants were getting far apart, (27 years old) and had some ripping. Scar tissue doesn't cause squeezing of the breast and a square shape. He messed up. He sewed the pocket too high and too tight resulting in deformity and pain. As far as the sizing goes, he says, " oh, I thought you just wanted something "similar" I never said the word similar! Was this man not listening at all 3 appointments? Did he forget? Confused? This is actually scary to me. Another blatant lie he told me was that I have to get both implants the same size. With my past implants, the surgeon put in a difference of 40 cc's to even up the size and it worked. So, did these implants come out the same size? No, of course not. One side is clearly larger. The surgeon who is doing my revision told me that 9 times out of 10, the implants he puts in will be a slightly different size to even out the breasts because most people have one breast that is slightly bigger/ smaller than the other. How incompetent can a surgeon be?! No acknowledgment. No apology. No answers. No offer to redo them. NOTHING. He needs to retire! I'm furious that I have to go under anesthesia again, drop $$$, take the risk , the discomfort of recovery and time off work. All because of incompetence. BEWARE

I am currently two weeks post-rhinoplasty with Dr. Davis and I already am in love with my results…read more I knew in my heart from the moment I met Dr. Davis at my consultation that I would 1) finally get this surgery for myself and 2) choose him as my surgeon, despite feeling the need to do my due diligence and see a few other doctors before making a final decision. Although his practice is on the pricier side for rhinoplasties, it's worth every penny to go for the best when you are trusting someone with reconstruction on your face! Everyone has been SO nice at every appointment. This was my first ever surgery (I know, I picked a doozy for my first) and I felt so comfortable every step of the way. As everyone else mentions, Dr. Davis' bedside manner is unbeatable. I'm not going to lie and say the recovery was pleasant at all, but I don't think it's anywhere near as bad as it could have been if I didn't have his guidance and support throughout. I did this surgery for purely cosmetic reasons but Dr. Davis did see a slight deviation in my septum while operating and straightened it out for me, making my breathing even better than I even thought possible! I already love my new nose so much and I can't wait to see it evolve over the months to come.

I got my nose and chin done in Dec 2024. It has been over a year now and I simply am not happy with…read morethe results of my nose. My original nose had an over-projected tip, a large dorsal hump, long nostrils, and a bulbous tip. Dr. Davis agreed with all the imperfections of my nose. Just one month after my nose job, I started to notice irregularities of my nose. I noticed a bump on one side of my nose, which I felt and could very clearly see. I also noticed that the tip was still bulbous and now one of my nostrils seemed to collapse inward. Additionally, Dr. Davis did correct my deviated septum, although I never had any issues with breathing before, and don't notice a difference now. When I brought up my concerns to Dr. Davis, he claimed it was swelling and that I wouldn't see the final result for up to a year. So I waited a year, and my nose did not get any better. Also, just a few months after the surgery, he injected a steroid and filler in my nose. Also, he took a piece of fascia from my scalp, and I now have a bald spot there. The fascia was apparently going to be placed on the bridge to ensure a smooth look. However, there is a ridge down the center of my bridge that I can see and feel regardless of the fascia being there. It appears that the time was not taken to ensure my nose was smooth at the bridge. Anyway, at the year mark, he said that I would need a revision, and he offered to do it for free. However, after thoughtful consideration, I've decided that I do not want Dr. Davis to touch my nose again. I strongly believe that you should never go back to the same surgeon to fix what he couldn't do right the first time. I read a review from a patient that said they were constantly given the "swelling excuse", when it is not a swelling issue but a surgical skill issue. I have also read a few reviews saying he is overly confident in his abilities, which I do agree with. I remember reading these reviews before my surgery, but I ignored them because I thought it couldn't happen to me. DO NOT IGNORE THE BAD REVIEWS. Dr. Davis is a kind doctor w/ great bedside manner, but that isn't going to cut it when I paid over $18k on a nose that is now botched. I thought that I could achieve my desired results w/ dr Davis, but that wasn't the case. I don't want to sound like a Karen, but I am disappointed in the results of my nose and am truly frustrated in having to spend another few grand elsewhere to fix my nose. My nose looks bad from every angle, and you can see the asymmetry, especially from the top view. PHOTO BREAKDOWN: I have attached a few photos so you can see exactly what I'm talking about. Photos 1 and 2 are my original nose. You can see the unflattering dorsal hump. Photos 3 and 4 are just 2 weeks after having the cast removed. You can see at an angle that there is a bump on the side of my nose. The tip looks bulbous and droopy. Definitely not a lifted cute button nose like I wanted. You can see in the 4th pic how crooked my nose looks, and it doesn't look much different now. My columella looks uneven, and you can see the side bump at the view as well on the right side. The last four pictures are from today. I really dislike how crooked my nose looks from the top view (pics 5 and 7). I feel like the 4th pic (taken Jan 18 2025) looks just about the same as the 8th pic (taken February 3 2026). Which I believe confirms that swelling was not the issue. Looking at the images makes me more frustrated with how bad my nose looks at every single angle. This is not swelling. This is clumsy work. Which is especially disappointing from a surgeon who claims to specialize in facial plastic surgery and rhinoplasties. For my consultation with a plastic surgeon in Orlando in March, I will have to address the bump on the side of my nose, the ridge down the center, attempting to make my nose slightly sloped if possible, the bulbous and droopy tip, the uneven columella, the uneven nostrils, and the bald spot on my scalp, all of which Dr. Davis made worse or did not address. Also, I would like to add that Kate in the med spa is simply the best. She does a 10/5 star job every time and is the only injector I want touching my face. I get filler and Botox with her, and she always does an amazing job. She never does too much, and I always get compliments on my lips. She is the only reason I will be returning to the office. Period!

I've been going to Premiere Center for years and have always had outstanding results with my…read moreDysport treatments--the staff has consistently been professional, and my previous injector always delivered excellent outcomes. During my most recent visit, however, a few things felt different. I was assigned to a new injector, Julia. While she was polite and asked several times if I had any questions--which I appreciated--it also made me feel like perhaps she wasn't entirely confident. In past visits, the injector would have me make facial expressions to target the right areas before injecting, but that didn't happen this time. Julia instead marked my face, and the syringes appeared to be prefilled. Previously, I could see the Dysport being drawn up in front of me, which reassured me about both the product and the dosage. I also noticed that the results seem less effective than before--it feels like fewer units were used, and the overall treatment didn't deliver the same outcome I've consistently experienced over the years. On top of that, the new digital check-in and consent process was confusing. I was asked to sign an iPad with pages of fine print but wasn't given a copy or explanation of what I was signing. That may be why Julia kept asking if I had questions, but it did make me uneasy. When I brought these concerns up to Victor, the owner, he was kind and explained that they recently updated their payment software, which is why a tip prompt appeared during checkout. He also confirmed that tipping isn't expected for medical services and said he would look into refunding my tip. He asked that I check back in a week regarding my results. Overall, while I've always considered Premiere Center a 5-star experience, this visit felt more like a 2. I truly hope these issues can be addressed, as I've always valued the level of professionalism and care that made me a loyal client in the first place.

Not only am I beyond happy with the outcome, but I feel more confident, comfortable, and like myself again in a way I didn't realize was possible. Dr. Sohn's skill, precision, and attention to detail are truly unmatched, and the results exceeded every expectation I had. What sets Dr. Sohn apart is not just his expertise, but the way he treats his patients as people. He took the time to listen to my concerns, answer every question thoroughly, and make sure I felt fully informed and supported. I never once felt rushed or dismissed. Going into surgery, I felt calm and at peace because I knew I was in the best possible hands. The care I received before, during, and after surgery was outstanding. Dr. Sohn and his entire team went above and beyond, and their support made the entire experience positive and empowering. I am incredibly grateful for Dr. Sohn and for the life-changing care he provided. I would recommend him wholeheartedly and without hesitation to anyone considering surgery.

It was important that someone I know provide a recommendation beforehand - I was very nervous about doing any plastic surgery. Although he and his staff (wife) were very friendly, Dr Halpern did what he wanted, not what I wanted. I wanted a C, I walked away with a DDD. On every follow up appointment I expressed concern, and they continued to downplay my words, saying I looked great and I would like myself later after my skin stretched a bit.
