I also inquired about power-washing my house, since the paint seemed to have lost its luster over the years. Brady informed me that they could easily accommodate that as well. His team arrived early morning, just a couple days later, as scheduled. "Mo" and "Joe", were 2 really terrific guys, and I must say they take their work seriously, and were very diligent, first power washing all sides of the house, including the adjacent fascia on both first and second stories. (They also removed the numerous spider webs that accumulated over the fascia). Also to my surprise (and great delight), they also power-washed all of the flagstone of my driveway, walkway, front porch, and entire back yard. There were a few "hard to reach" weather damaged areas that needed cleaning, and these 2 guys bent over backwards to treat those as well! With regard to the window washing, the 3 guys (including Brady), did a fantastic job cleaning both the inside and outside, as well as all windows screens. These guys are super polite and attentive so as not to disturb us while we worked. This is a really terrific operation for window cleaning, as well as power washing your homes, should you need that as well. And quite honestly, now when I look out my windows, I have a very clear view! And almost best of all, my house really looks like it was freshly painted. Brady is a considerate and professional business owner. Very easy to work with, and charges a very reasonable price! I believe one or two of my neighbors will already be calling this company for their service. I highly recommend Brady and The Dirt Herders! You will be very happy with the result!

I also learned they use purified deionized water specifically for cleaning solar panels. There's no need to shut off your solar panels. They actually prefer to clean them while they're on because it's technically the safer approach. Their pricing was reasonable, and honestly, it gave us peace of mind having professionals do the job with the proper equipment and products instead of trying to tackle it ourselves. That's why my husband and I were surprised when only you and your brother showed up. I even asked you where your crew was and you said it was just you and your brother. You started in the morning and said you'd probably be finished by 2:00. The dust and dirt inside and outside of my house should have had a crew of people working on it all day in order to have it properly cleaned. My husband said you finally called in other people to help later when you realized it was more than you and your brother could do by yourselves. Yes, you came back when I mentioned that some things were not clean but only swiped some walls with your wall cleaning mop and tried to clean dirt off of my bathroom floor tile but left much of the dirt behind. My husband had to order an extendable wall cleaning mop to do the rest himself because you still didn't clean all the dust off the walls. The plants looked fine before your brother cleaned the exterior but the day after, the leaves were burnt. They had to be cut down. Having had a business for 28 yrs, the right thing to do, customer service wise, is to refund the money for the cleaning of the couches that I paid for. I wasn't comfortable having you clean them after we moved back into our house, because of the issues we had with the cleaning of our house. You don't have to refund the money but it would be the right thing to do. Some flexibility is a smarter way to do business.

Matthew from ClearVue originally came out to clean our gutters, and he did a great job with that…read more While he was here, he also helped us with a jacuzzi issue we had been dealing with for ages, and he didn't charge extra for it, which we really appreciated. While cleaning the gutters, he noticed some broken tiles on our roof. He took pictures, showed us what he found, and offered to fix them. He even went out of his way to pick up the matching tiles from a tile place, then came back the next day to complete the repair. We also mentioned that our kitchen faucet had been leaking, and he was able to fix that too. It ended up being more complicated than expected because part of it was corroded and couldn't simply be unscrewed, so he had to saw it off before installing the new faucet. He handled the whole thing carefully, did the caulking, and left everything looking clean and professional. He also recommended a soft cleaning service for the house, but when I explained that we weren't able to take that on right now because of our current budget situation, he was completely understanding and didn't pressure us at all. That meant a lot. One thing I really appreciated was how clean he kept the work area. He even broomed up afterward because he said he likes to keep things clean, and it showed. Matthew was friendly, helpful, thorough, and did quality work across several different issues. We were really happy with his work and would definitely recommend him. We'll absolutely reach out to him again in the future for additional services when we're ready.
