We recently had the pleasure of working with Camp Ready RV Services in Gibsonton, FL, and I…read morecouldn't be more impressed with the level of service and professionalism provided by Jose and his team. From our first conversation, we knew we were in good hands. When the Hydro-Hot (Aqua-Hot) on our 2006 Newmar Essex (Class A) motorhome decided to stop working, leaving us with no hot water, we were stressed. We are Full-Time RVers so there was no "going home". We needed it fixed - and fast. A local RV dealership in Tampa highly recommended Jose, and they gave him a call for us on the spot. We set up an appointment and he came out to help. The consistent and honest communication from Jose was unparalleled in today's market. We felt we had a friend we could trust. Jose is not only knowledgeable and skilled but also incredibly friendly and approachable. He takes the time to explain the work being done and ensures that you are completely satisfied with the results. It's clear that he genuinely cares about his customers and their RVs. The quality of work at Camp Ready RV Services is exceptional. They offer a wide range of services, including maintenance and repairs, ensuring that your RV is always in top condition for your next adventure. Jose's expertise and attention to detail are evident in every aspect of his work. He provided great pricing, excellent workmanship, and an astonishing turnaround time that far exceeded my expectations. After attending the Tampa RV show (this happened during that week) and speaking directly with Aqua-Hot company representatives, everything they told us was fully in sync with what Jose had explained. Jose called us the minute the parts came in and was here as promised. He worked on the issue with a smile and a friendly demeanor until it was completely fixed and the pricing was exactly what was explained. We ended up scheduling our annual service with him, and fully trust his work. Whether you need routine maintenance or more extensive repairs, Camp Ready RV Services is THE place to go. S&S RV Adventures highly recommends Camp Ready RV Services and Jose to anyone in need of RV services. The professionalism, expertise, and customer-focused approach make them the best in the business. Thank you, Jose, for your outstanding service - We've never been so happy for a hot shower!

Did a great job at a fair price repairing or replacing items on a used RV…read more Neatly replaced and trimmed out a new fridge and multiple smaller items.

I can't even begin to explain how grateful we are to Chris!!! Three months ago we drove cross…read morecountry to spend the holidays with FAMILY!!! Once we got to lakeland we plugged into a dirty outlet (not rated for our rv) by accident and we fried our transfer switch, with burned wires and everything!! Thankfully the switch did what is was designed to do and we didn't have a fire or any real damage other then the auto-transfer-switch. I replaced the switch myself and along the way of investigating if anything else was damaged I changed out a couple of things that needed to be changed. During that phase of investigation I accidentally changed out a 12volt solenoid starter used to start the engine that actually didn't needed to be changed, I now have a back up in case I or a fellow rv'er ever needs one while on the road. So what was the problem you ask? I DIDN'T KNOW I SWITCHED THE WIRES!!! So while we partied with family for the New Years and ate too much food for the holidays this NO POWER problem just sat there. Fast forward 2-months and we have no DC power in the coach. At this point I have been able to service 100% of anything that needed to be addressed myself without a dealer, with a mobile mechanic and with just a quick search on YOUTUBE! THIS WAS NOT THE CASE WITH THIS!!! After reaching the end of my rope and calling around Lakeland looking for a "mobile mechanic" to come out and fix this issue that had me stumped . WE FOUND CHRIS!!! First thing he did was call us back, because the call went to voice Mail, he was already helping someone else in trouble! He asked what the problem was in such a manner that I didn't feel like a heel, you know what I am talking about. Some techs or mechanics make you feel dumb for asking questions, Chris made me feel at ease even as I rambled on about all the things I did already trying to fix the problem. He made a quick suggestion and narrowed down my search before getting off the phone. He said to me, and I quote " if I can save you some money and help you by answering some questions over the phone, then I am ok with that!" WHAT?!!! I was blown away!!! A mobile tech who actually wanted to HELP ME!!!??? I was blown away, I didn't know what to say I was speechless!!!! I tested my inverter/charger exactly as he described it to me and the problem wasn't my inverter. The coach wasn't getting any 12-volt power even though EVERYTHING else was working perfectly so either a relay (the 12-volt solenoid is a type of relay) was out or is was something else. After sending images of the test he asked me to do, he called me back promptly and he proceeded to walk me through step-by-step giving me the guiding light I needed!!! Turns out I crossed the wires when replacing the 12volt solenoid and didn't even know I did it. In case this is all Greek to you, the starter solenoid is a RELAY and it was wired incorrectly and Chris was 100% right with his diagnosis of our problem. Chris wasn't the first mobile tech we called, the last one came out peacock about all of the things that could be wrong and never showed back up the 4 times we waited for him to show up. We didn't need Chris to come to our Rv to fix our problem, he did it over the phone without charging us. He said "I don't charge people for answering questions!" I don't care who you work for now. If you are a mobile rv technician and you don't work for Chris or with him, you are working for the wrong people!!! Chris is our FOREVER GO TO PERSON when we are ever in central florida!!! We won't be having more kids but I can name a fur-baby after him right, that's not awkward in any way, right?!!!
