Great place for tinting car windows. Unfortunately, it's right next to a very ghetto hair salon. If you wait outside for your car, the salon people have taken over the sidewalk....either blaring music, chatting or smoking. If you wait in the parking lot, Very congested. I suggest leaving ur car....great place for tinting, but again, the salon makes it impossible. read more

My first experience getting my windows tinted on my own. I was able to make an appointment and my car was done in less than 2 hours. I was informed that my back right window wouldn't go down so they couldn't tint it all the way to the top of the glass. I was able to bring my car back at no charge to get the entire window's tint replaced when my window issue was fixed. Great customer service! And the tint job is *chef's kiss*. I will be bringing my future vehicles here from now on. Affordable pricing too! I was also able to get a strip of tint across my windshield for an additional $20. It's a game changer! Great store with helpful service. I've taken 3 cars here to get the windows tinted. Also have purchased LED fog light bulbs from them. Why I gave them 5 stars ? On 1 particular occasion I had an issue trying to replace and change a light outside the store, and although they lend me a screwdriver, I was still having issues. I know it was simple and didn't want to pay for an installation that should have taken less than 10 minutes. Owner saw me outside, comes out to give me a hand and then says - just bring it in, we will take care of it for you. That's exceeding Miami expectations, especially considering some people will just stare at you and do nothing, or take a shot and say we can do it for a low price of $50. Instead, they didn't do any of that, and took care of the bulb and install. They have an assortment of products and services in this small shop, and considering its close to home, I will continue taking my vehicles here. read more

Hands down the best services and prices in south Florida. Went there to get my windows tinted with 18% and they advised me on the best option for me. They had a very friendly attitude and let me watched while they installed the tint. It was also very quick. Went in at 12 and they had me out with my new tint by 1 pm. TERRIBLE ! ! ! My brother and i have been coming to this place for years, they previously did a ok job however I recently took my truck to have a radio that I purchased installed along with one of their backup cameras that are very cheap eBay cameras with terrible picture quality. They charged me $350 for the job, sent me to another location which wasn't even their company because they said it was too big of a job for them, sounded pretty weird to me however I went, they said it would be about 1 and half hour job and ended up being a 5 hour job. In conclusion they did not install the radio correctly at all they left the radio loose the dash panel loose and they never connected the antenna cable, the back up camera was not programmed to the radio and they kept saying the radio I bought was no good and it was cheap, they just wanted me to buy one of their radios that cost $500. I went on YouTube and in less than 5 mins found multiple videos explaining how to program the back up camera. And it was extremely simple and I managed to get it to work. Then comes the problem with the radio antenna I wasn't able to hear my stations only static, I took it back and they said no the radio is no good, my father had to look at it and dig around deep for the cable and finally found the cable it seems like they were hiding the cable so I can buy one of their radios instead. We finally got everything to work properly however it was only because we had to troubleshoot and install everything our selfs. We returned to the store and they gave us a hard time to get a refund and told us not to come back. Overall I am very disappointed and unsatisfied with this place and would never return or recommend anyone to come here read more

I have a headlight out on my car, which obviously can be a little dangerous. So, I decided to go to Smart Sounds since I have been there before for the same problem and they resolved it for me, the time was approximately 6:45 and I say that they close at 7 so I was like great, I can get this resolved today. But as I entered there were 2 gentlemen inside just talking among themselves, I didn't know who they were, so after waiting a few minutes while I was on the phone, I finally asked where were the employees, they both pointed to the one sitting not too far from me and said that they were waiting for me to get off the phone. I told him my situation and his response was,"what kind of car you drive."I told him a Mercedes then he said that I came at the wrong time. So I asked,"are you trying to make money or go home." They just laughed. I will NEVER go back if that's the type of service offered. I then responded by letting them know that they had no intentions on serving me anyway. He never even bothered to get out of his seat to go take a look at my car, he could care less about my situation. read more
