Today was no different- needing to get lug nuts for my 2010 RX 350. I thought I was going to be smart and buy them directly from Toyota (for my Lexus being as it's the same) and even Toyota wanted almost $7 each (and I needed 20) I called in the morning and Shaira answered, told me she would have all of them ready for me by the time I got in.
