I asked for my $75.00 registration fee back for the 4 papers that I signed in total the day before and she stated it was non refundable. I stated that I will be taking it to court and she laughed and hung up in my face. For them to give up on a child within 15 minutes of meeting him is ridiculous! They should be shut down. Immediately!! Terrible staff and they only had one person watching over 15-20 kids at a time. They also took pictures of my child without a photo release form.

We've had a number of ridiculous and infuriating incidences with this center except for the amazing teachers in the infant class but this time the laziest teacher blatantly stated to my husband that they want the Velcro diapers instead of pull-ups so that it's easier for them and they don't have to take her shoes off. How much more lazier can they get?? We PAY THEM to take care of our daughter. They don't get to decide how/if we potty train our child. Geez. If it wasn't for the convenience & military pricing, we would not choose this place! I'm so disgusted.

Super cool fish tank when you come in, teachers are all really friendly and really seem to enjoy their work with the children. Owner and desk personnel are always helpful when I am on site. I would send my kids here if I had any. Don't really ever see any of them in there having a bad time. Most of all, a very Safe and secure location. A lot of these types of places are lax on doors being locked but you have to be buzzed into this daycare to get inside. Not sure on pricing but give them a try!

There are a lot of people who work at this place who are rude to the children. The teacher in the 1 year old classroom is very rough at times with the toddlers. Nobody follows rules or guidelines or even laws at this place. If you are thinking of enrolling your child here I suggest you don't. I suggest you find a nanny instead of this DAYCARE. Because they don't teach the kids much at all and then yell at the kids when they get a question wrong. This place is disrespectful and evil.
