We saw them at Bloomies but of the three people working not one of them greeted us or offered assistance so we left and went to Sunglass Hut. They had a squared version instead of oval shape and she liked those better. Keanna was the only employee when we went in. She greeted us immediately and was all smiles. This was very important as we had walked out two other stores because the sales persons were not friendly or helpful. Back to Keanna. She could tell my daughter was anxious about the purchase and I was impressed when she suggested that we finish any other shopping/lunch and think on the purchase. We left, wwnt to lunch and by time we return there was a customer paying with cash and the register didn't open for his change. Keanna continued to offer apologies to both him and us. As she ultimately had to contact store support for the issue. My daughter and I left and went to Victoria Secret where we encountered even more retail employees that weren't engaging. We left. Returned back to Sunglass Hut where a smiling Keanna greeted us and assured us the register issue wasn't her fault. The price for the glasses were the same as they were in Bloomingdales but the customer service received by Keanna was exactly what someone desires when spending a hundred dollars on sunglasses. After trying a few different sunglasses, I found a pair from Oakley that I loved and I was on my way. NOTE: if you're buying sunglasses with polarized lens, which many are at this point, you may not be able to see your HUD (Head Up Display) in your vehicle. I didn't even know that was a thing, but quickly discovered multiple forums online indicating this is an issue with HUDs, regardless of vehicle manufacturer, as they work off the premise of reflecting the image off of the windshield. Polarized lenses effectively block the "glare" of the HUD. I returned to Sunglass Hut the next day initially thinking I would return the pair I bought and select something else. Dina showed me several pairs of non-polarized sunglasses, and I settled on another pair of Oakley's. Her professionalism and desire to help me find the right sunglasses for my needs was phenomenal.
