I purchased 2 satin pillow cases via Amazon and provided Teez Cafe with the pillow cases for the customization. He pulled up my project on the screen to allow me to make any additional edits, etc. Talk about super accommodating. I paid $30 for 2 customized pillow cases and he accepts cards. One thing I will add is appointments are mandatory, no walk-ins! Especially since its a black-owned business and sort of hard to find. But it's totally worth it. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention it took him 3-4 days to finish my project AND once completed delivered it to me in a nice tote bag. I'm sure he has tons of other complicated orders to fulfill. All-in all I would totally recommend this place for anyone looking for amazing customization.

I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both their customer service and reliability. BRAND EXPERIENCE I called as soon as they opened to figure out if they had 2-sheet, 8.5"x14" black & white, NCR forms in stock as a surprising number of local printers did not have them in stock. My sales rep was able to take my order and give me a quote with it 5 minutes. STAFF The staff at the physical location was exceptional. I spoke with a guy named Will. He was professional, courteous and clearly articulated how, if this situation should rise again, to most effectively get forms ordered with a list of order amount vs timing chart. PRICING As I ordered NCR forms, they were slightly on the pricier side in general but still very cheap. I was able to get 250 forms for only $99. (And he remembered me, a year later !) I had a tight deadline and he was able to get it done in time for me.
