He said he would email an invoice. That was the last I saw or heard from him, even after emailing him that he'd left his phone repair kit here. I realized he had come to South Jersey from Philly, so I paid what he asked and I actually tipped him $25, and planned to give him whatever he would charge for the second trip. I really didn't want to give him such an low rate, however, I feel that he didn't complete the job and wasn't completely honest about it.
