I cancelled this service today It got worse, the tech that came to get the equipment, was asked to move his car to a parking spot instead of in front of the home, he basically said "he would when he was ready", when asked to leave our home he cursed my wife and I. Michael (the tech) left our home with a damaged wall, removed the camera from the front door and left wires dangling and pulled the siding when he removed the camera from the rear and left wires haning all oover. He cursed my wife in front of my grandkids. I will never allow this company into any of my homes and you shouldn't either.

I had initially asked for recommendations for electrician but appreciated that he reached out privately to explain what I would need done. Throughout the estimate he was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. After receiving the quote, he provided his card and without pressuring whatsoever said to call if I was interested. I reached out the same day to get scheduled. He was again quick to respond and booked me within the same week. He even reached out again to help move my installation to a Sunday morning due to the weather forecast. The installation went smoothly and quickly, and he was professional throughout the entire experience. We had some hiccups with the security system equipment (no fault of his own) and he was quick to assist as I spoke to the security system customer service. Chris came out and gave me several options. I did not want to have to dig up concrete or grass to run conduit in a direct line. Chris figured out a P2P system for me. In the house, my speed is 1GB. Now in the garage my speed is about 982 Mbps. AMAZING. It's not just that. he cleaned up all of my wires, tying them together, and it was like better than before he was here. We used this company to install four cameras at the entrance to our community. After the cameras were installed we found there wasn't any visibility great enough to view/read the license plate details on vehicles (as requested). This was May, 2025. When we reached out we were told we would have to pay an additional $1,200 to have a different/license plate reading camera installed. We reluctantly agreed since we were already over $6,000 into the project and didn't want to have to start over. The company's accounting department frequently pestered us for payment on the contract total though the contract wasn't fulfilled and the correct camera hadn't been installed. While we awaited the different/license plate reading camera installation we frequently had connectivity issues where most of the time we couldn't even access the video footage/live view. After the correct camera was installed months went by where even the company wasn't able to get the license plate camera to work correctly at night. After several/many return visits they were just recently able to get it working (January, 2026). Days after they got it working their accounting department immediately pestered us for final payment after taking 6+ months to get the system satisfying our basic request and contract terms. There wasn't a rush to get the system working, but there was a huge rush for payment. I wouldn't recommend this company or the Wisenet camera systems for these reasons.
