We have been going to this location for a while and this last visit will be my last. While my hair turned out okay, (The manager did it) the older, white, blonde lady totally butchered my daughter's hair, the manager tried to fix it, but honestly, it was beyond help. The manager apologized but still tried to find excuses on why her stylist did such a horrendous job. My daughter cried the whole way home. She's so ashamed of her hair. Not only was I still charged for my daughters hair, but they also added on additional charges for my mothers hair that did NOT pertain to her hair, Her hair was above the shoulder and very thin, (she had her thyroid removed and its caused her a lot of hair loss and thinning) They charged for "extra thick" and "below the shoulder" length. For the first time ever, I did not tip. I will be looking for another hair salon.
