The first time I saw her we had great conversation and laughs and the second time I went I felt bad because I was so quiet but it was because the day before I had a terrible day and once she ​got to shampooing my hair it was so relaxing that the d​ay before melted away in the sink for me.‍ I ​was able to just relax and disassociate a little without ANY pressure of conversation, she seems to understand that some people are talkative and some are not, s​o I love the duality. The owner used organic hair color and goes to many training classes to stay updated on the newest products and hair styles. They also have a skin expert that can do wonders with your face, treating it for age and skin problems. Today I went in for the first time. I've heard wonderful things through word of mouth from…read moredifferent friends. I decided to book an appointment to color with Kimi S. She was very kind and the environment was relaxed. I showed her pictures of what I wanted (I had 3 different color schemes/styles to show her) and I basically trusted her to use her judgement and do what she thought was best. I'm not hard to please but I want quality work. The other stylists were funny and nice. I enjoyed the overall environment of the salon. Kimi took her time while coloring, it was a detailed and delicate process. I really appreciated her attention to detail (especially once I saw it dry). I have been going to super cuts since I moved to Maine and it's been okay, but hardly what I wanted. When Kimi cut my hair it was as if she fixed anything that was ever wrong with it. Not to put down the people I have been to before, but Kimi really paid attention and took her time. The finished product is beautiful! We decided to keep it warm and I can come back to lighten it as I wish. I honestly have not had better results with my hair before and I'm extremely happy with her work. I have short hair and I wanted long extensions to do a half and half updo. She color matched my extensions exactly to my hair color and did exactly what I wanted her to do with my hair and it turned out absolutely beautiful! She also did my new mother-in-law's hair and my matron of honor's hair and they looked absolutely gorgeous also. The technician advised to go with a shade a step down from darkest so I did. I followed the instruction exactly. No shower for 8 hours ( I actually waited until til the next morning. By the time I arrived in FL I was as pale as I was before the spray tan. What a waste of money. I have had spray tans before that would last a couple of weeks.. I am so disappointed.
