It's a full service salon (minus nails) with about 8 hair stations when you first walk in, and a separate aesthetics area tucked away in the back. It is right on public square, so parking is a pain on the street, but I was told that there's also a parking lot tucked behind it that is much easier to deal with. I only knocked a star off because of the prices -- although they are the best prices in the area for Brazilians ($70 initially, then $60 from then on with recurring appointments). I've seen Hilary twice now, and she makes the process as quick and painless as possible. Plus she's fun to chat with, and knows a lot about the area -- which for me not being a local is helpful :) I've been to a couple other places for waxing so far, and they've either been outrageously priced and take forever, or the salons were very out of the way and inconvenient because they only took cash. So, I will definitely continue to see Hilary for her services as long as I'm in the area, and you should too!

Let me first say this is not my first time going there but my second…read more Both time we have gone we have waited quite a while to get our pedicure. Once the pedicure begins I would say it is mediocre at best. They DO NOT do a good job scrubbing the dead skin of our nails like most places do. You are left leaving the place with the same amount of dead skin as you walked in with. The man who did my nails seemed distracted and did not pay very much attention to what he was doing while he was scrubbing it with the pumis stone. He ended up cutting the side of my foot. It took him ALL of the time that he was painting my toes and lotioning my legs to notice that he had cut me. He DID NOT apologize all he said what that he was going to put this stuff on it. I asked him what it was and he said it was to stop the bleeding and that it was cut from the pumis stone: This stuff was blue and in an UNLABELED bottle. I told him no he wasn't putting that stuff on my foot. Still no apology and didn't even act like he felt bad. He then put the slippers on and sent me to the dryer. When I went to pay with my card he would me to get cash out of the ATM. Still no apology for cutting me. I paid him 25 dollars for the pedicure. Did not leave a tip. I will not be returning....

He been applied the clear polish to my nails and then that was it. I asked him to re-shape my nails because they weren't shaped properly and he had an attitude because I asked. I then asked him if he could refile my nails lower because the acrylic was too thick on the nail and he had an attitude. Then he had the nerve to charge me $45 for unprofessional service and poor service. My nail tech was Eric N. Overall the quality of the service was very horrible.
