A rude and heavy handed woman with no creative or artistic vision or professional integrity. Instead of admitting to botching my color and trim--a harsh blotchy blue/black, instead of brown-- Kelena argued that she "did her job" and handed me to Tara to fix her handy work for an additional fee. If Kelena had "done her job" correctly, another appointment wouldn't have been necessary. Overall, It was a disastrous, overpriced experience. Do yourself a favor and don't ever go there. You won't make any friends on third only enemies.
