As I looked at the receipt, I noticed an extra charge and questioned it. Oh, she said, we charge a surplus charge of 3% for credit cards. I had cash. I have debit cards. It would have been lovely if someone mentioned this to a new customer BEFORE running my card! I'm new to the area. I'm used to a salon that is relaxing.
