The stylist attempted to fix her work after we explained that we were unsatisfied by reapplying more tint. She then tried to use concealer to shape the brows but this is what we left with. Uneven, horrible, embarrassing brows on my 15 year old daughter. Once we got home, we noticed there were streaks of dye on the side of her face where the tint was sloppily wiped away. We scrubbed her brows a ton with oil based cleanser and I tried my best to shape her brows to even out the areas of the tint that we couldn't get off. I will say, the stylist was apologetic, after she argued that she went with her "natural shape". How is that her natural shape? We had agreed to a shaping service but the stylist couldn't figure out how to ring it up on the service ticket so she said she'd do a light cleanup though tried to argue that point that with me and said she would do the shaping and asked me not to tell because she'd get in trouble. I'm giving the review 4 stars despite how unsatisfied I am with the service but only because the manager on shift was so friendly and apologized tenfold and gave us a refund for the service m. If it weren't for her professionalism and positive attitude, I'd be leaving a 1 star review for sure.

But don't ever think consistency of name equals consistency of quality of your cut. You have to really find the person that's right for your do. A standard cut will run you $16, not including tip, but that does include tax. Products are always available and always offered, but I suspect at a significant markup. Online check-in is easily the greatest feature that gives Great Clips their name, in my opinion.
