I buy puff bars pretty regularly from here and I recently had one that I purchased a couple days ago that will not hold a charge for very long and making it a hassle to puff on and the light stays on constantly when the other ones I've purchased do not. When I called in to see about getting a new one to exchange since this one is faulty and I purchased the same brand multiple times before without any issues the gentleman told me that I'm basically screwed and there's nothing that they can do for me. COMPLETELY APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY SELL DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS. 4/4/2022 went in to buy a cbd cartridge at that time a customer was complaining about his products he bought not working or something. Once that customer left the two people behind the counter started making fun of him saying how much that guy always complains when he comes in I didn't think much of it and just went and tried to buy a CBD cartridge. After purchasing the cartridge in which the young lady did give me a military discount thank you which I gave back as a tip, I went out to my truck and attached it to my battery and it did not work. I went right back in to talk to Elizabeth and John right behind the counter and explained everything they even said we would love to exchange it and we understand but we physically need a manager to be here. I said I have the receipt everything is all right here you literally just sold this to me can you please just exchange it or give it to the manager tomorrow and tell them what happened. I even explained it to them that I don't live next to this store so coming back is a bit of a problem will I be compensated?(Gas,wear&tear on vehicle 10 miles from my home to come back tomorrow). Because for some reason you don't have a manager on duty and you can't exchange a defective product that you watch me hook it up right in front of you and didn't work. So Until tomorrow which means I have to come all the way back to the store to talk to a manager if they're even is a manager that exists at the store. The guy behind the counter laughed, chuckled and said yeah good luck my dude trying to get compensated on that. I literally offered the receipt my photo ID my phone number everything and told them please please can you just do an exchange and explain to your manager everything and they said no you need to come back here tomorrow this is a simple way of a store selling defective products and then hoping that you don't come back to exchange it so they can pocket the money this is robbery. Avoid at all cost. The guy behind the counter also sat there said good luck my dude trying to get the $20 back It's only $20 that's what he said let go. But it was actually $26.99 plus tax. And it doesn't matter if it was $1 or $20 That's still hard earned money I worked hard for. In closing before I left they told me good luck and try getting compensated by Andrew who I guess is the manager or boss but they both kind of chuckle and laugh especially the guy behind the counter. I hope the managers and owners actually do something about this appalling service. AVOID AVOID AVOID, SO IN SHORT THEY SELL YOU STUFF THAT DOESN'T WORK AND YOU CAN'T EXCHANGE OR GET YOU'RE MONEY BACK. HOW IS THIS COMPANY IN BUSINESS. read more

Bought a piece here yesterday took it home. Took two hits and on the third hit the piece cracks right where I put the torch. Took it in the next day and they couldn't do a exchange. I have multiple pieces from this place. This is the first piece to crack and on the inside of the glass. Not recommended glass pieces.
