First time here and was quite impressed. The name "Smashburger" just sounds like a greasy spoon place, but it's far from it! The wife ordered the deluxe chicken burger, (for $4.99!) and I ordered the special brisket bacon burger. Both burgers not fried and very tasty. The brisket especially was totally lean, with thick crisp bacon and melted cheddar inside the toasted bun. I also ordered the chocolate cherry shake with large pieces of cherry and chocolate bits with whipped cream on top. (That was a bit pricey) The staff was super friendly and actually brings your food to your table. Plus, for you calorie counters they actually have the calorie count listed next to each item. Lastly, the place was clean along with the restrooms. And believe me, the wife won't use any public restrooms unless they're spotless. This is how hamburger joints should be! read more

Craving red meat over the weekend caused me to over indulge and order thee DOUBLE BACON SMASH BURGER. I considered it over indulging because the day before I demolished 1/2 of a 20oz bone in Ribeye from MJ Steak house. This burger was juicy, messy and kind of tasty. But the bacon lacked desired crispiness and the burger wasn't charred..it also lacked the charcoal flavor that I love and the exterior wasn't charred at all. Was looking for a juicy burger to eat so decided to order here. Downloaded their app and created an account then started my order. Liked that the pictures were descriptive and it was easy to customize the burgers. I've remembered they have discounts for certain occupations but didn't see a way to apply that on the app, so lost out on the 10%, but no worries as the main goal was to get the burgers. Saw they had tater tots son ordered a side of those, although they seemed to have been fried a little too much. Maybe will go for the fries next time. The double truffle burger (sub Swiss for American) is my favorite new burger. It's juicy, crispy, packed with flavor & i absolutely love it. I've never been in the physical restaurant so I can't vouch for ambiance - but I can say that they are the only restaurant I've ordered from (on door dash) that literally doesn't send the things we've ordered (literally something has been missing EVERY time) So, if you go in and intend to take it with u...be sure to check the bag and make sure you have everything. read more

Picking up an online order at this busy (until my order was ready and then it was dead) was a mixed bag. No one greeted me when i walked in, i did not know where to go or where to wait for my online order. I'll give it a pass, but i go here so infrequently, i chalk that up to unfamiliarity but some indication on what to do wouldve been nice. As for the food, i had the brisket topped double smash burger. It was excellent and the seasoned tator tots were amazing as well. I ordered the non dairy strawberry shake for some reason, and it was watery in consistency but tasted fine. I shouldve stuck with the dairy version. In conclusion, food excellent, service suspect... I never leave reviews but I've genuinely never had an issue like this before so I think that everyone should be aware. The food is great I'd honestly just recommend ordering online and double checking that it's done correctly. My boyfriend and I came here after playing a game next door at prowess, we did come in a little late so understandable that they wouldn't be the happiest but we came in around 8:50 and they only close at 10. We were done eating by 9:40 and out the door. I was just excited to be going out with my man because we genuinely never have time but we walked in and the lady up front is already mad. We only ordered two burgers, some tots, and a drink. she scoffed the whole time we were ordering; made us restart the whole order twice because we just added a couple things to the burgers, then kept yelling (genuinely yelling, not a joke) at my boyfriend (who's very soft spoken, just how he was raised) just for ordering a little quietly (mind you it was very quiet in there, there was only one other table at the time). I'm just disappointed because we went here before and the cashier was super nice but this time we got Dawn who was overall disrespectful towards us for just getting a meal. I've worked in both retail and waitressing. There's no reason to act like that to somebody who is literally just coming in to eat. I don't know if anyone ever had similar experiences here but genuinely just terrible. I just wish I had said something while I was there. My friends and I were eating at this chumbucket and the food took forever to come out. Also one of the burgers was raw and the food was just not good all around. One person got a here order in a to-go container. A worker came up to our table and said we were being disrespectful for laughing and joking. Lisa was our host but didn't even host so you know I don't know what she was doing, actually nothing. She complained about making milkshakes which was the only decent thing we all got. I went to this location during my lunch break. I ordered a single bacon smash burger with guacamole & made it a meal. My receipt read 1:17 as my order time. At 1:37 I approached the cashier to request cancelling my order & refunding my money as I watched several tables send their incorrect food back. I had to get back to work & could no longer wait. The cashier said she didn't know how to refund so she called the woman who was putting the orders together over. She asked the name on my order & said she was packing it now. A few minutes later I got my food & left, hurriedly to get back to work & literally eat as I drove. Opened my burger. Low & behold. It's wrong. It's a double- covered in onions, no guacamole. This was my first time at a SmashBurger. It was perfectly fine but not an outstanding experience. The fries were were not fresh. They were overdone so that was disappointing. The burger was solidly good but not great or amazing. I substituted my American Cheese with Aged Cheddar & omitted the ketchup. (It comes with smash sauce & ketchup which I think would be overkill). It was fairly juicy. The flavor was fine. I really liked the bun, & the fresh tomatoes, romaine & Bermuda onion. Overall, this is definitely above your everyday good burger franchise. But I still think Five Guys do scan overall better job. I have heard that the shakes here are quite good but I did not try any of them. I will try them again & maybe go with a chicken sandwich & a shake. I always think it's important to give places 2-3 tries before judging them in their entirety. read more

First time to a smash burger. Heard a lot of good things about them. (Covid-19 era) Was very hard to hear employee with mask an plexiglass but was friendly. Price was $12 for the burger an med French fries, on the high side. The look and handling: the burger looked to be slapped together(yes it is fast food) which made it super messy eating. They were not busy, had 1 order before us and 1 customer behind us. The taste was very good and burger juicy but again very messy. Super clean restaurant. My fries, which were sitting under the hot lamp when I walked in and sat for 5 more when I waited, were no different then frozen shoestring fries from Wal Mart with 0 salt.
