The class was fun but customer service is horrible. They emailed us that our pieces were ready, but we had to come back MULTIPLE times because everytime we tried to pick them up, there weren't enough staff to help us. Lots of waiting around and nobody helping. They have no organizational system for pickups. We also ended up opting in and paying extra for them to glaze our pieces (we were going to do it but they literally didn't have seats for us) and they did a shit job on the glaze too. THEY LOST OUR POTTERY. I came here for a friends birthday, it was all our first time doing pottery and was so excited.. Paid $75 for the couples pottery and that came with 2 pcs for each couple. We had 3 couples. They told us our pots would be ready in 14 days and to watch out for their instagram to get an update on when it would be ready for us to come in and paint them. We waited and waited and noticed they barely even updated their IG. So I dropped in to check and could only find 2 out of 6 from my group (not mine by the way). Me and one of the workers walked all around the store looking for them and were no where to be found. By the way, their organization system is TERRIBLE. Probably why they lost our pottery. She said it could possibly be at their other location where they keep their inventory. So she took down my contact and said she would call me once they're found. Waited for a call and nothing. So I called back and they said they were still looking for them. At that point, I gave up and took it as a loss. They never even offered to give me a refund. Very disappointing.. read more

It's been over a month and a half and I still haven't gotten my pieces back. The experience was fun, not amazing, but the pickup process has been absolutely terrible. My family was excited for this experience but honestly don't waste your money and go to another pottery location. First off, while one of the worker was helping my sister, big chunks of clay fell off. Which once the clay falls off of the piece it is no longer usable. We assumed we would get another ball of clay or more supply but there was none. Second of all, glazing is not included in the price so that will be extra which in my other experiences it was baked into the price. Third of all, there was absolutely no organization with the status of our items. I called once a month asking for a status and each time the response was "I don't know. We have a lot of pottery backed up." Which is quite frankly not a customer's issue. I went in October for the pottery class and after being told multiple times they don't know when my pottery will be done, I finally picked it up in January. The workers still had trouble finding my items when I arrived and my sister ended up finding most of our stuff on the shelves which was again frustrating. I had a disappointing time here and think it was over priced for what it was. read more

The whole process to get our work has been very long and frustrating, and not worth the short lesson at the beginning on how a pottery wheel works. You have to pay an additional glazing fee on top of the fee for the class, and if you don't glaze it your pottery is useless. This means you have to go to the location a total of 3 times (if you're lucky) - for the original class, to glaze, and then pick up. I finally got notified over 2 months after our initial class that my pieces were ready (I had 2 in my order). When I got there, they could only find one. I waited half an hour for them to find the other, showing them multiple pictures of it and describing the color. Finally, I went to the room where everything is stored and asked if I could look for it, and that is when I was told it was probably not done firing yet. Maybe I would still be sitting in the store if I hadn't gone back to ask. This is even though I received an email saying my order was ready, which included both pieces. I do not feel confident I will get my other piece. This place is very disorganized and does not handle themselves professionally. read more

Took a couples class with my significant other, the staff rushed our class which didn't make it a very memorable, fun experience with my partner. Had the class at the end of September. Saw on the email it was ready in November. I went, for 45 minutes they could not find my pottery at all. At the end of January, 4 months later, I get a text message saying it was finally done. When I got there they had the audacity to ask me for extra 15$ for the second glaze after losing my pottery for months and taking forever to finish my pottery. Don't waste your money here. The staff does not communicate well with each other, and it's very hard to reach out to the studio as well. read more

Fun experience, very rushed. If you're not doing well, the instructor will re-do your work in 2 seconds so you "have something to take home". You never get to that point because they never inform you when your piece is ready to be picked up. When you finally call - they can't find it. When they do find it - they convince you co come in (& pay more money) to glaze it. Then you never get that (ready to be picked up) call either. And you end up spending $100 for nothing but memories. I know they warn you may not get something to take home but it's implied that it's because sometimes it can crack/shatter in the firing process not because of negligence. read more

I wish I didn't have to write a bad review, but this place needs to be better organized and communicate better with customers. I went here with a group of 15 back in august for my birthday. It was a fun experience, great concept, but overall felt a little rushed. We also were unaware that you have to pay extra for it to be glazed. Few weeks had passed, haven't heard from them about my piece, so I call and get told that it's being glazed. Few more weeks go by and I keep calling, get told they'll call me back and they never did. I had to set reminders on my phone to keep calling for updates which the updates then became "were really backed up, but I think yours is being fired." Months go by, manager (Shannon) isn't answering and I never got a call back. Finally (in November) the pieces were tracked down after having been "lost" and I had a friend pick up the group's pieces after saying I want a refund for everyone if they weren't ready by the week they said they would be. Three of us out of the group still don't have our pieces, there were damages to most of the pieces too. I disputed the charges on my credit card and got a refund because I never received my product. Like I said, really fun concept just poor management and communication. I understand supply chain issues but let customers know and keep them updated or simply don't keep booking classes if y'all are 100s of pieces behind. read more

The actual pottery experience was excellent and so much fun but the process of picking up and glazing was horrible. I believe the company needs to do better with organizing and communication. I went in to pick up my pottery and they couldn't find. told me to come back in an hour and still couldn't find it. told me they would reach out and never did. My boyfriend and I had SO much fun here for the couples challenge! We were able to make two vases, and the class catered to any skill level. The instructors gave helpful tips when needed. What was thought to be a fun exciting birthday gift for my wife turned out to be a disaster with terrible communication. I have never posted a negative review for a business before, but this experience required one. While the preliminary sculpting class went well, the rest of the experience was the opposite. When we showed up to glaze our pieces, the pottery was very disorganized and hard to find among the several racks and rows of pottery pieces. It took around 15 minutes for me to search myself and find my piece. The employee then gave instructions to glaze the piece that ended up causing air bubbles and ruining the piece. Additionally, when we ran out of paint, the employee came by to bring additional paint and brought a color that was different from the first, but insisted that they were the same, even after showing her that one was clearly darker than the other. She finally admitted that the first color paint was incorrect, but would turn out fine. Finally, coming back for the third visit to pick up my final piece, my pottery was nowhere to be found. Again, I had to search through the rows of pottery myself, but could not find it after 20-30 minutes, even after a couple employees intervened and looked as well. I was told that they would call by Tuesday/Wednesday because it was possible my piece still had not been put in the kiln (mind you, this was the deadline day for pickup). One week later, I called but could not get a hold of anyone. So I texted and they replied that they would look and get back to me. The next day, no response, so I send a follow up to see if there is any update. No response until the next day when they tell me the piece was pulled aside because it had air bubbles and that they could do a refire in the kiln. I ok the refire and they say that they would let me know when it is out. 2 weeks later, and I still have not received any updates. I have reached out. Safe to say I will not be coming back after this experience. read more

This studio seems like so much fun but whatever you do, do not go to Lexi or Zara. If you end up with them as your instructor, you might as well walk out. We signed up for introductory course because we have never done a pottery course before and Lexi assumed we knew what we were doing. She helped every other couple and then disappeared to another area for a majority of the class. Lexi seems to be an assistant and she still didn't come around to us until she told us that our piece "wouldn't hold due to air bubbles". She told us we could "keep going" but it wouldn't hold once it dried. Unless you're a professional, stay home because these 2 workers are ultimately useless. When I asked for them to write down the name & number for their manager, they refused to do so and said I could do it myself when in reality, this is what they get paid to do... regardless of the situation Adrian was an amazing woman who helped us reschedule & helped us resolve the situation. Adrian was so helpful and actually listened while the other two workers did absolutely nothing to help even though they were hired to work in a service job( Lexi & Zara maybe consider changing your occupation) ! All & all, if you ever get booked with these two call to reschedule because they are horrible workers:) ask for Adrian!!!
